independent villa located a few minutes walk from the beach in quiet area

Nice specious house which can easily fit family of 6 with small children. Close to the beach. Amazing very responsive host. We had great time at Mondello Beach

Our host was great. We had no problems. It was an 8-minute walk to the main square at Mondello Beach, with stores, restaurants, street-vendors, and groceries. The on-site, gated parking was very nice. Driving in Mondello and Palermo was thrilling, a bit like Mad Max Fury Road. Rules, signs, and lane markers are irrelevant. It was unusually hot during our stay, but the villa has air-conditioning in the bedrooms and kitchen, so it was all pleasant. I wish we could've enjoyed the terrace more.

Confortable and independant villa, residential location close to sea and shops. Cleaning service and logistics very convenient

We were a group of seven people who lived here for a week and each one of us enjoyed the stay at this house! The people renting it are very friendly, helped us with everything and were easy to contact at all times. The neighborhood was nice and the beach is comfortably reachable by foot (about 10 minutes). Also there is a bus stop nearby to get to the center to Palermo. All in all an ideal house for a vacation in Mondello!

My wife and I, as well as my daughter, her husband and year and half old baby really enjoyed this spacious home! Great large kitchen provided a warm atmosphere for the evenings we ate at the villa. Upstairs were three large bedrooms with super bathroom in the hall. The water in the villa was wonderful. Lots of hot water for showers and the washer outside did great laundry ! A few things could be improved but they were minor. A blanket for the beds would have been a good addition for when the excellent air conditioning was a little too cool. Some outlets in the kitchen need to be put in place as it was difficult to manage the one counter outlet for coffee machine and baby bottle warmer. Beach towels provided would also be a plus. The high chair and baby bed were provided and we really appreciated those amenities. Our host was wonderful and we enjoyed the privacy of this location. In total we loved this entire experience at the villa and would definitely come back ! ! Great location, value, and extremely clean!

Our stay in this property was delightful, The villa itself was clean, well equipped, spacious and close to all amenities, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet... Just a short 5 min walk to the beach and local shops. We would happily visit the villa again and Mondello. Thank you

The house is located about a 10 minute walk to Mondello beach, that has two open beach parts and tons of parts where you can rent a sun lounger. When you walk down to the beach you will find a grocery store, gelato shops, restaurants and a bus station (line 809 takes you directly to Palermo city in around 30 minutes). The beach looks like the blue lagoon in Malta, the water is shallow and you can rent paddle boats. The house has 4 balconies, a big kitchen to hang out and you will find every supply that you need. There's one bathroom downstairs with just a toilet and another bathroom upstairs with a toilet and a shower. I would totally recommend it, its a safe neighborhood, you have a great view into the mountains and you only walk 10 minutes to where all the fun happens! Quiet place, more than enough space for families with 2 or 3 kids...

Spacious well-furnished home set back from the beach and the nightlife of Mondello, but within close walking distance. Secure off-street parking a bonus as we used it as a base for travelling around North-West Sicily. Air conditioning and insect screens much appreciated.
