Independent 12-bed residence consisting of four apartments (possibility of adding up to 4 beds for children only).
Azzurro sleeps 2 on the ground floor living room with fireplace, TV, kitchenette and sofa bed*, one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower.
Yellow sleeps 2 on ground floor large living room with sofa bed* and one armchair, TV and kitchenette with loft with double bedroom, one bathroom with shower.
Green sleeps 4 on the ground floor living room with sofa bed*, fireplace, TV and kitchenette, on the second floor a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower.
Red sleeps 4 on the ground floor living room with kitchenette and large outdoor porch, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower.

Amenities
Swimming pool (mt 6x12), furnished outdoor area, covered parking, barbecue, laundry, bowls, free wi-fi connection. The farm produces Tuscan dop olive oil and doc Orcia wine. Dishwasher present in all apartments.

Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for bedrooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any heating consumption is not included in the price and will be payable on the spot according to consumption.
Upon arrival, guests must hand over a security deposit of € 500.00, which will be returned to them at the end of their stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
Pets € 50.00 per week. Crib € 30.00 per week.Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
