Incredible white water ocean view

Absolutely stunning property! Everything we needed was right there on site, and the garden is so beautiful! Cannot wait to come back again.

Property is beautiful but you have to drive to the beach. No way to walk.

It’s a lovely property however I was unaware how close it was to the owner’s home - right next to it! So it didn’t feel very private, particularly for honeymooners (which the host was aware of). The pool and jacuzzi (it isn’t a hot tub - it doesn’t get hot) are behind their home, so it felt very awkward using them knowing there were people right there. They also had children / visitors while we were there, so that was also awkward when you’re in swimwear and a child suddenly appears and then they’re running about and shouting (I realise that’s what kids do but I wasn’t expecting any other people, let alone kids, to be there). My husband didn’t feel comfortable going outside when others were there, so we didn’t actually explore the gardens as it felt like we were intruding. So it wasn’t quite the perfect honeymoon find I thought it was going to be! The road noise is of course very loud, as expected, but was actually far worse than expected. It was impossible to relax outside during the day, the traffic is constant. If you’re used to traffic noise you might not think it’s so bad, but we’re not. The welcome basket was very nice and the property itself gorgeous inside, with a nice living area and his and hers bathroom with walk in wardrobe, ideal for us to hang up some of our evening wear. It was a pleasant enough base for what we wanted to do and see in California but not quite the private retreat the listing implied so for this reason we wouldn’t select it again.

I lived in Malibu for years and this is a top tier spot. Beautiful location, gorgeous space with a lovely and accommodating owner. We will be back. Ty!

What can I say the view is amazing, can’t be beat. The hosts were helpful and stay was perfect. I would definitely come back for a visit.

What a great place to stay! We will definitely stay here again. Bed is comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and brbq area. Great store that is 2 minutes away. All you need is your suitcase. Beautiful views and safe area. Great access with short drives to the beach. Fully gated. We used the Hottub in January and the pool was a fun cold plunge after. PERFECT PLACE!

We truly appreciated our stay. We enjoyed the beaches, visited relatives, stayed up late and enjoyed the big screen. The hot tub and pool were quite nice. We were able to do laundry. Complementary wine and beer was super nice. Everything was perfect.

We lengthened our stay and are very glad we did! Will stay longer now. Having a very good time.

Wonder Place!!!

Amazing place with an amazing view! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking at the ocean right outside our door. Clear check in and out instructions. The host also left an amazing welcome basket. This place is 100% as shown and definitely recommended!! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Olivia was very responsive when i reached out to her. She has a beautiful place with magnificent views of the ocean! Her house sits among her wonderful gardens and a lovely pool and hot tube, which we enjoyed. She had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Loved having a washer and dryer available!

Yes.n The host was very welcoming and had supplied place with all the essentials with plenty of towel blankets, etc. with an nice bottle of red and white wine and beer for our pleasure.

Place was great. We were visiting LA but did not want to stay in LA. The place itself is great. Super chill location, great views, very cozy. Would definitely stay here again if wanting to spend time in Malibu and the surrounding areas.

This incredible property was very clean, well maintained, nicely decorated, and easy to find. The host was very responsive and flexible on last min changes to our dates. The views are insane, and the beach is a two-minute drive down the street. We can't wait to book our next stay there. The only thing missing is an oven. You do have the bbq, toaster oven, and 2 ranges you can use to cook.

Great location, the host checked in and was available if needed. Close to the road and the power lines obscure the view but, we loved it!!!Clean and very cozy vibe! More roomier than I expected. Hopefully will be back to enjoy again soon.

Olivia is the most gracious host. After my husband and I's wedding venue was affected by the Palisades fire, we had four months to make a new plan to marry. Olivia let us host a small ceremony in her beautiful front yard, and it was absolutely perfect. The space is as pictured, with welcome drinks and a brilliant view of the ocean. We could not be more grateful to have a kinder host, and memories here of the most important day of our lives. Could not recommend this space and host more. Thank you Olivia!

The view and grounds were beautiful! Exactly like advertised! We woke up every morning refreshed due to the premiere bed and sheets! Several sliding glass doors that allowed you to view the ocean and hear the waves crash on the beach! We can’t wait to go back and stay in the same house! 5 stars!!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this beautiful apartment. The kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfortable and the view was spectacular. We were a family of four (2 adults/2kids) staying in the area for a wedding in Trancas Canyon. It was the perfect location. We had some issues heating the hot tub, but we got it figured out by day 3. We would definitely book here again!

Great location. Nice bed. The grounds were beautiful and view of ocean awesome. The manager was attentive and they left us alone with entire property to ourselves. Will rent again.

The house was as advertised. Great ocean view from every room and a nice deck to eat on. No real access to walk to the beach but a short easy drive to Zuma beach. Pool is solar heated so a little chilly this time of year but hot tub was nice and hot. Murphy bed is very convenient versus a sleeper sofa. Owner is very nice and attentive to us in the guest house. Available to answer questions and helped with suggestions. We would stay here again!

We stayed at Olivia’s guest house this past weekend and it was a beautiful place with even more beautiful views! The check in process was simple and easy, the location was very scenic and the house itself was well maintained and very clean and quiet. One minor thing to note is that the HVAC is very noisy. It wasn’t an issue for our stay since the temperatures were mild, so we didn’t need to use the system at all. Overall, wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again

Although cool outside, the sun was warm and the balcony was perfect! Inside, the large picture windows gave us all day views of the ocean. It was easy to come and go, with Zuma beach a short drive away. Great place for a weekend getaway or week-long vacation!

Great location. Easy drive to restaurants ,shopping and day adventures at the beach and state mountain parks. Comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen and grill. Enjoyed the hot tub. The welcome basket was much appreciated. Would stay again.

This place was beyond amazing! It’s a beautiful place practically on the ocean with views that are glorious. The place was beautifully decorated with high class taste. Leather furniture, nice beds and bedding, huge tv’s, user friendly kitchen and laundry, privacy, flexibility, you can watch dolphins from your living room and bedroom, there’s a private deck, grill, spa and pool! Nobody else around, easy parking and access. I needed to stay an extra night and they were very helpful and accommodating. The owner seemed very nice and polite, also quiet. There are also tons of things to play with at the beach! Surfboards, kayak, boogie boards, beach chairs etc. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to friends.

Everything you could need and then some.m! The location is fantastic overlooking the Pacific Ocean from all views. Fully stocked kitchen and bedding. Hot tub was such a treat. We were only here for a few days but hope to come for a longer stay next time.. Just as pictured. Best deal in Malibu! Thank you

We could not of been happier with our stay. We had views of the Pacific Ocean, and the morning swimmers and surfers, from the bedroom, living/dining area, and kitchen windows. I especially enjoyed beginning and ending the day on the adjacent deck, listening to the waves, watching the sunset, this was my happy place. This guest cottage is roomy and beautiful. The location could not have been much nicer - the beaches are easily accessible, you are right on the PCH and can easily travel the length of the Malibu community in 15 or 20 minutes, and a grocery store and restaurants are nearby. There is plenty of comfortable furniture, and the use of the private hot tub and pool on the premise was greatly appreciated. The garden/landscaping is fantastic. We saw many hummingbirds each day. Definitely a great value.

Olivia’s place is gorgeous. We were out and about a lot but I found myself wishing to stay in as it was so gorgeous. Next time! The A/C wasn’t working but the weather was perfect so it wasn’t needed. And Olivia had plans to have someone fix it. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were super comfy. There were amazingly no bugs except for the occasional moth so doors could be left open. The sound of the ocean was wonderful. The grounds were outstanding. Good to know: there are stairs up to the apartment. If you plan on a quick commute to LA, you may want to stay closer to Santa Barbara. But the drive is scenic so we didn’t mind. There are beautiful beaches right nearby and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Would love to go back just to relax in this beautiful VRBO!

A nice place to stay in beautiful West Malibu, which is my favorite of town. The home was furnished nice and clean with a BBQ grill, the kitchen was fully stocked with the necessary utensils. Olivia made the process to get in very easy, I will definitely be back.

This property is a perfect weekend get away!

It was out second time staying here and we absolutely love it! The location, ocean view and cleanliness of the home are unbeatable, especially for the price. We grilled fresh fish every night and had close access to the best beaches and hiking areas Malibu can offer.We could not be happier to stay here!

This place was a fantastic retreat for me and my fiancée. The views from the balcony are incredible and its hard to beat the location right there in Malibu, across the street is Zuma beach and the mountains behind you. We also got a nice welcome package and enjoyed using the grill for dinner. Would definitely come again! Olivia was a very nice host and easy to communicate with. One note for newcomers to the property just to be a little cautious with the automatic gate the first time leaving the property. It caught us off a little off guard when we were backing out of the carport and the gate started to automatically open. Wasn't an issue after we realized it could trigger like that, but first time, good thing to consider.

This beautiful, luxury condo provided extraordinary comfort and relaxation! My wife and I woke up to stunning views of the ocean overlooking Broad Beach and we were conveniently located about 1/2 mile from grocery, and a charming brewery.

This is my 5th summer staying here and it never disappoints! Love it here!
