Stayed Jul 26, 2025Family and friends spent a magical 2 weeks here. Plenty of space inside and out to relax or spend time together. The pool was fantastic, cleaned every morning by Javier and the outdoor space just lovely. Despite the heat we managed to play tennis on the court every day. Annalisa was helpful throughout our stay and being on a working olive oil estate with dogs and donkeys made the experience all the more special! A great time was had by all.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025Our family recently enjoyed an unforgettable stay at a charming olive farm, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! The house itself was full of character and warmth, with every comfort thoughtfully provided. We loved waking up to the beautiful surroundings—rolling olive groves, lush gardens, and the peaceful sounds of nature. The outdoor spaces were a real highlight. There was so much room for the kids to run and explore, and we spent hours lounging by the amazing pool and playing friendly matches on the tennis court. The facilities were top-notch and immaculately maintained. What truly made our stay special were the animals on the grounds. The donkeys quickly became the kids’ best friends, and the friendly dogs were always up for a cuddle or a game of fetch. It added a magical, homely touch that made the experience even more memorable. The absolute cherry on top was the guided tour of the olive oil making process. It was fascinating to see how the olives go from tree to bottle, and the hosts were so knowledgeable and passionate. We even got to sample and buy some delicious, locally made products to take home—a perfect souvenir from a perfect holiday. If you’re looking for a relaxing, authentic family getaway with plenty to do and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this olive farm is a hidden gem!

Stayed Jul 22, 2023We stayed on this property on a working olive farm in Lazio managed by the lovely Annalisa who was very helpful if we needed anything . The big old property was perfect for my wife and myself as well our two daughters, sons in law and six grandchildren. The children and adults lived in the big pool kept immaculately by the wonderful Sandro and the kids loved to visit with the donkeys and ducks. The older children/adults enjoyed the tennis court in the evening and the day rounded off with the adults relaxing in the arbour under the stars. This was for us a relaxing holiday in very rural Lazio 4km from the nearest main road.. We did venture out to local restaurants on Lake Bolsena and Viterbo as well as seeing ancient sites such the old walled city of Viterbo and the never to be forgotten Civita di Bagnoregio. Rome was possible as a wonderful day trip (parking at Rebibbia metro station for 1.5 Euro a day and catching the metro proved to be fantastic way to see Rome) Thank you Annalisa - perfecto

Stayed Jun 18, 2023My family of 5 adults had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in June. It is in the beautiful countryside on a working olive farm 15 minutes south of the lovely hill town of Montefiascone. The owner, Annalisa communicated clearly and allowed us to check in late. She makes her own olive oil products on the farm that you can buy. The villa is very spacious with a separate upstairs apartment. All the rooms are comfortable and have a lovely funky style of decoration. There is even an old red motorbike in one of the lounges. Only the upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning, but the lower rooms all stayed cool during our stay. Lots of outdoor spaces to chill out during the day with a gorgeous view of the farm and the olive trees. Very pretty gardens with lovely herbs and fruit trees with a beautiful fragrance. The pool was perfect. Good temperature, long enough for swimming and deep for diving too. It was cleaned everyday. The villa is remote and so it’s lovely and quiet all the time. We also enjoyed the table football and the tennis court. There are some racquets and balls to use if you need. The description on VRBO is accurate. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The Farmhouse is even better than advertised! We can absolutely recommend this place for enjoying vacation with larger groups or families. Really quiet and private. And everything -really everything - you need is in place. Do not forget to visit the Mill and take some of their oliveoil or oliveoil based products!

Stayed Jul 14, 2018A realy large house. The house is much better than the pictures shows. The pool is huge and well equiped with beds and chairs. The house and outside facilities is in topp condition and you just walk around with a smile. A wonderfull place at a oliveoil farm with nice people around taking care of the pool every day. You can buy oliveoil, pasta and other products directly from the farm. Very charming. The road from the main road down to the farm is 6 km and has no asfalt. This means that there are silence and good relaxing days. Annalisa, the host, and the other people at the farm take good care of you. We loved our stay. We were people from 4 to 64 years and everybody loves the place. Top score from us.
