Ideal villa for good moments with family or friends

Great property, very spacious inside with great pool area, tennis court and badminton court. Its an older property, but very clean. Property in a great location, within walking distance of town. Would recommended particulary to a larger family group. Check in and out very easy and the owners were always at hand to answer any queries

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa. Check in was easy and straightforward and the villa is huge - 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The grounds are big too with 2 x tennis courts, a pool, a ping pong table and a small park. It is a little dated, but very clean and had everything that we needed. Only a 15 Minute walk to the centre. We will definitely look to stay here again. Thank you.

There is not much to say about the property in terms of value for money. Within surroundings it my take a while till you figured out where things are and then you going to enjoy

We can only recommend this house. The contact with the owners was smooth and uncomplicated, they were always available by email for questions. The house is spacious and well suited for a large family or two families or a group of friends. Large living room, large terrace with barbecue area, lots of garden and tennis court for work out. Nice pool, equipment is available. The house was immaculately clean and has 4 spacious bathrooms. In the kitchen all necessary utensils are available. The area is wonderful and full of villas with beautiful gardens, nice walkways to the town and the town beach. Shops are in the immediate vicinity. We had a great time here! thanks a lot!

We hired both villas for a family of 18 and had an amazing time The villas are in an older style however they offer all you need for a great family holiday in a good location with easy access to town I would recommend these villas to anyone who wants to relax in amazing surroundings

Very good 5 bedroom villa but has been neglected terribly.

We spent 2 weeks in the villa and with 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms(2 en-suite) there was plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 children.Although the villa is simply furnished there is everything you need and it was lovely and clean with plenty of clean towels/sheets etc.The outside space is great with a tennis court & badminton court that has a squash wall, this also doubled as a football pitch for our grand children there is also a table tennis table and basketball hoop and plenty of equipment for all of the activities plus there are also swings/slide/seesaw for younger children.Joao kept us well informed of everything and his parents kept the place ticking over and fixing any small problems like when the washer broke down his mum came in took all our washing washed it and ironed it as well!! then supplied us with a tray of fresh figs plus a basket of fresh mulberries to say sorry that the washer was broken(it was fixed early in the second week).The pool is stunning and lovely and clean in fact it was cleaned each week we were there, the grandchildren loved it and only got out to go to bed.Carvoeiro is a pretty little place with plenty of good places to eat it takes about 15mins to walk down to the town but we advise a taxi back as its all uphill the taxi was about 5-7 euros.The boardwalk above the town is worth a visit to see the stunning rock formations/caves etc and to watch the locals diving off the cliffs.We had a fantastic time and would recommend the villa to anyone .Thanks Joao for a lovey time please thank your mum and dad for all their hard work.Maureen & Stu.
