its a nice village as well as the house, but there are too many issues not to visit this house again. As well a property of this agency. Ivan helped as best he could but a private landlord would have been available even after 6 p.m. We spent half a day without water, my daughter stood in the shower covered in foam, the toilets couldn't be flushed for over 15 hours. We spent one evening without gas and then had to go out to eat. The kitchen is very poorly equipped, there are no basic amenities, only dishwashing liquid. There is no barbeque cutlery, there was no grater, we bought one because the one the agency provided was total rubbish. There were no towels for the kitchen. The towels for the guests are worn out. There is a very strict separation of waste. There are five different trash cans outside. There isn't a single one inside, so you have to leave the house with every single waste to find the appropriate bin. This is contractually recorded in a contract that denies all rights to the visitor and gives the agency all rights. A shame. The entrance door is completely warped and can only be locked with great difficulty. There is a large parking lot next door, so be prepared for lots of suitcases and cars rolling next to your terrace. But it's so nice decorated inside. No-one looks for functionality. Too bad.

We traveled to San Vito lo Capo as a couple with mother-in-law, and another family with a couple and two small kids. (age 4 and 15months). We found this rental just as advertised. It was beautifully decorated and ready for us upon arrival. We found it spacious enough for all of us. The villa is equipped so that you can cook and eat there, but there is no need to do that when there are so many wonderful restaurants in town- and a wonderful pasticceria down the street and around the corner. Also, parking is available and the villa's location is ideal, being a few streets over from the center and the beach. A bonus is that all the upstairs rooms have a balcony and microsplit units for air conditioning, if needed. There is also a downstairs bedroom. The terrace allows for outdoor dining which we used recap our wonderful days' activities over a glass of cool wine or beer. The host company was very responsive and took care of our requests.
