Great location, house, and host.

Great location close to Manhattan Beach with cafes in walking distance. The pool was so fun. Gets deep fast so watch the littles! Very spacious rooms with en suite bathrooms. The open concept kitchen was so spacious. Host was very communicative. We made memories for life here.

Loved our stay here. Great property. Well cleaned. Well maintained. A lot of great amenities (including the coffee!!) Highly recommend!

Beautiful villa and super location for our touring

We are a family of three generations that enjoy traveling together. This property in Manhattan Beach was a perfect location in a very quiet neighborhood but with easy access to the beach. The house was large enough and most comfortable for our family and the backyard is sensational. Our family loved the pool and hot tub, putting green and just the whole yard in general. You have a lovely property Stephanie and we certainly would love to spend another vacation renting it. Thank you for the most enjoyable time!Santacroce Family

We really enjoyed our week in this beautiful well appointed home. The pool and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed by our family. The location was perfect for us to get to sports events, beaches and good restaurants. In summary we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any family looking for a fun LA getaway.

This was an excellent place for our family vacation. We were able to visit relatives in the area and have a beautiful home to relax and enjoy. The pool was a really big bonus for everyone! The owner was exceptional and went above and beyond to make this such a wonderful experience.

The moment you walk in to this beautiful house you know its one of ambience, quality and beauty. Our family of 12 had the best time of our lives. The house was spacious enough for all to enjoy. . Used the pool an spa every day during our stay. Check in and check out was easy and the host was very accommodating.

We loved the house and property. We thought it was one of the best houses we ever have rented. We were able to do day trips to Disney, Universal Studios, The Aquarium of the Pacific and see the sights of the Redondo Beach and Hermosa Beach piers. The grandkids (7,9,13) couldn’t wait to get back to the pool each day. The weather was only mid 60’s so we were very glad we paid to heat the pool. The house was stocked with paper products, a good assortment of oils, and spices. We had all the kitchen items we needed. The grill worked great too. The downstairs floor plan is nice and open so was very comfortable for 9 of us if we weren’t enjoying the outside deck, fire pit or pool. It was Perfect in every way.

This home was beautiful and exactly as described. I will definitely consider renting again when my family is in town.

You know when you’re scrolling through VRBO’s and you see one and say, “wow, this one is perfect!” “The location is great, the amenities, the pool and spa, the living space all look great!” That’s what we thought when we landed on this listing and it was in actuality picture perfect! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you to Stephanie, our host, who made us feel welcome with lovely little touches and quick responses to our couple questions. Our friends that live in the area agreed that we had found a true gem!

Very nice property. Great space for our family to enjoy time together. It was cool at night and pool was not heated but great house and would definitely go back.

Loved the house and the location. Stephanie was very helpful and responsive. Would absolutely 100% stay here again. I was there with 6 teenagers/young adults and the pool, hot tub, and karaoke machine were a huge hit. The backyard, pool, hot tub are amazing. Plenty of stores around and beach close by. We came from a weekend in LA to stay close to the beach and this was perfect, just as advertised with plenty of space. Thsnk you Stephanie and Tim!

We rented this house to be near Culver City because we were originally trying to take my 92 year old father to see a taping of Jeopardy for his birthday. Unfortunately, they were not taping during our visit, but thanks for this location, we had an amazing week! The rental was easy to get to from the airport for all. Quick drive to Manhattan Beach (went to the Pier, walked the beach, dinner out and shopping). Got to see the 6x6 volleyball tournament our last day. My daughter summed up the property best - it was like we were at a resort, but it was all ours. Such great layout for having dinner together and just hanging out. Outdoor space has everything you need and more. Beautifully decorated throughout. Plenty of space for those who needed privacy at times (a few working remotely during stay). Loved the bedrooms on the first floor for our older guests, they never had to go upstairs for anything. Plenty of parking in the driveway. The pool house was amazing in and of itself. Appreciated all the beach towels provided. The waterfall in the pool and hot tub were the favorites. It exceeded all our needs for the week. Kitchen was exceptional. Really enjoyed our stay....was completely relaxing.

I've stayed in many VRBO properties and this house beat them all! Everything was outstanding and the communication with the owner was excellent. I give this a 10 out of 10!
