The villa is located just off the road connecting the unspoilt village of Anacapri and the famous Blue Grotto at seaside. Guests can enjoy the quietness of ample gardens, colourful sunsets and beautiful view over the island of Ischia. Villa thouroughly equipped and recently refurbished with wide terraces. The house is spread over three levels. You can go upstairs from the living room by an internal staircase, also equipped with a power chair for elderly people. A third independent level - four people bedroom with private bathroom - is outside at garden level where you can go through an external staircase. Guests can also enjoy organic produce from the home garden during the summer.

We loved to be in that house. We felt the good spirit of the family, who owns it, in every room. The surrounding is green and calm, and from the garden you have a wonderful sea-view. The bus-staton is one minute away, but you can easily walk to the village of Anacapri, where you still find the traditional Capri. We'll surely come back. Thank you, Gianpaolo!

An enchanting and quiet refuge. Very comfortable accomodations and beautiful gardens only a short walk away from the Blue Grottoe and the charming village of Anacapri. Thanks also to our host Giampaolo we had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon.

The house is very comfortable and the ample terrace and gardens, together with the view over the sea and the isle of Ischia make the stay particularly quiet and relaxing. The bus stop is just off the road and the local public transport service is very reliable. Anyway a 15 minutes walk takes you the lovely village of Anacapri or to the enchanting Blue Grotto. Capri on the whole surely deserves a holiday! Gianpaolo is a very kind host and available for any information you may need.
