House / Villa - Lastra a Signa

We were halfway through a month travelling in Italy and wanted a quiet secluded villa to relax for a week. Il Noce is beautifully kept and the infinity swimming pool with views over the Tuscan hills is stunning. A truly memorable and fantastic week relaxing eating and drinking in a beautiful setting. Beatrice was a fantastic host and we would recommend the villa.

This is an amazing property. The pictures do not give you a sense of how large the villa really is. The structure is very old and has been renovated to respect history, but incorporate modern conveniences. Beatriz is a magnificent host.

We travelled as a family of five for two weeks in october to tuscany. We enjoyed the time in this wonderful house. The big garden was perfect for the kids and it was very important for me, that the the pool is fenced. The many seating options in the garden ensured that you always found a place in the sun. The house is decorated with lots of love and all the plants and other little details make us feel very comfortable. There are few games & toys for younger children. If you need more, take them with you. From the house you need between 1-1.5 hours to all the cities and points of interest in tuscany. The road to the house was 2km of unpaved road with gravel and small hills everywhere for rain run-off, which made these short 2km take about 10 minutes. We found everything we needed for our holidays and Beatrice was the best host. She baked an delicious vegan Schacciata for us and we ordered some Pizzas at the last evening in her Restaurant, which is not far from the house.

Great house and pool

Beatrice has been a great host, looking after us very well. She helped us out with questions about local restaurants and shops. The house is nicely decorated and furnished, with lots of space and everything you need. The garden is huge and well maintained, our dog had lots of fun to run around. The girls loved the pool and the view into the rolling hills. As an add on. we ordered 2 times food from Beatrice and that was great to explore true Toscany food outside in the garden with wine from the own grapes.....Nothing more to say than thanks you Beareice for letting us stay in your house, Matthias

Stunning location within 1 hour drive to most places and with beautiful views from the infinity swimming pool. This property surpassed our expectations and was a home from home. Beatrice was an excellent host who kindly organised some food for us when we arrived very late and her mother baked us a wonderful dessert as a gift. We would also recommend eating in the restaurant where Beatrice works. Had a fantastic time in a wonderful house with beautiful grounds - we especially liked the little seating area slightly away from the house with the little sofa. Would thoroughly recommend staying here and cannot wait to rebook for next year

We had a great week at this amazing villa which truly home from home and more. It is in such a quiet and beautiful location and filled with everything you could want. Add to that Beatrice cooking us a super meal and inviting us to the family grape harvest, what more could we want. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope we might visit again some day.

It was a fantastic place to rent even if the road to get there is a bit difficult because you have to drive about 3 km on dirt and rocky road before reaching the house. But it was really worth it. Beatrice, our host, was really nice warm welcome. She even cook for us one night, it was delicious.

This property does not disappoint...with amazing views, an incredible pool and an awesome host (Beatrice), we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to relax in Tuscany. And be sure to order dinner in though the host and her family....a delicious, authentic, home made Italian feast delivered right to your door! 10/10 for sure!

I can’t speak highly enough of the property or Beatrice. Everything thing was perfect from the villa and the pool to Beatrice’s home cooked food and local made wines and olive oil. We would definitely like to return again.
