The beautiful villa, built in 2015, features a spacious outdoor terrace and a private pool that is open from 01/01 to 31/12. As acozy retreat, you can relax in our modern outdoor setting, perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings. There is also private parking available for up to 3 vehicles, ideal for your group.

Living areas :
The villa boasts several inviting common areas, including a bright living room with a 160 cm TV for your entertainment needs. Additionally, it features two fully equipped kitchens, making it easy to prepare delicious meals – one with granite countertops and the other with a wooden surface. Our furnishings ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms :
- 5 bedrooms with king-size beds, each with an en-suite bathroom featuring shower, WC, and TV.
- 4 bathrooms: 1 with a bathtub, shower and WC; 3 with showers and WC.
