Holiday House Kristina with heated Pool

The villa was amazing and very clean and spacious, perfect for our big group. The hosts were very friendly, always responded fast and were helpful and recommended good local places. The hosts restaurant was also very beautiful and the food was amazing. Alltogether we would recommend this place to anyone, there was also a super cute neighbourhood cat!

We stayed at the villa in June and had a truly wonderful experience. The host, Boris, was incredibly welcoming, kind, and responsive. We needed both an early check-in and a late check-out, and he made the whole process very easy and accommodating. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a selection of drinks and snacks waiting for us in the fridge – such a thoughtful gesture. Even when we were leaving, Boris prepared cold drinks and snacks for our journey, which we greatly appreciated. There were 10 of us staying at the villa, and everyone had their own room. All rooms were equipped with air conditioning, making our stay very comfortable. The villa was well-stocked with household essentials and cleaning supplies, which made things much more convenient. We especially enjoyed the large saltwater pool and the shaded areas around the villa, which provided plenty of space to relax out of the sun. The covered outdoor grill area was fantastic, with its own fridge and dishwasher – perfect for evening gatherings. Parking was spacious and located right next to the house. The nearest shop and bar were just a 5-minute walk away along the road, and it only took us about 10 minutes by car to reach the beaches of Omiš and 15 minutes to get to Split. Throughout our stay, Boris remained in touch, offering helpful advice and recommendations. He even invited us to his beautiful seaside restaurant, where we enjoyed an excellent dinner with a stunning sunset view. We were all extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this villa to other travelers. Thank you, Boris, for your hospitality!

We could not have asked for a more perfect host and house. It was better than what we had expected. The host Boris was so helpful through out the entire trip, from before it right till the end. He helped us with local recommendations, treated us to lunch at his amazing restaurant and had some groceries already prepared for us the day we arrived. The house itself was wonderful. We had eight people staying and never did we feel over-crowded. The pool was the perfect touch and helped with the hotter weather. It is a 10-15min drive away from a town called Omis and about 30-40 depending on traffic to Split centre. Once again I would recommend this place to everyone! Thank you for the amazing stay, it made our trip so easy and fun!

Just perfect ! From first exchange to last day, all was perfect. We were a group of 9 young adults between 26 and 30 and our trip was wonderful mostly with the help of Boris and its family. Where could I start? First exchange with Boris before booking was friendly, proactive and adaptable. When booked Boris help us with the villa but also for all activities from tips to contacts. At our arrival, Boris and his wife were waiting for us at the villa with a warm and friendly welcome and even with some groceries in the fridge. The house was answering to all our needs in term of services, cleaning and localisation. Moreover we also Went to Boris restaurant not only once because all was incredible. I couldn’t list all the thing that Boris did for us but one thing is sure he changes our trip !! We are so thankful towards him and his family. I trully recommend his place
