An 18th-century villa overlooking the bay of Conca dei Marini, lovingly restored with respect for the original materials: Vietri terracotta floors, handcrafted majolica tiles, and antique family furniture.
Not a hotel. Not an anonymous house.
An authentic retreat on the Amalfi Coast, designed for those who seek beauty, silence and sea views — without giving up contemporary comfort.

THE SPACE:
The villa blends the elegance of the Amalfi Coast's vernacular tradition withthe comfort of a carefully renovated home.
The balconies overlook the bay directly. The Vietri terracotta floors were custom-designed for these spaces. The bedrooms are furnished with antique pieces from our own family — items with a history, that tell the story of this place better than any words could.
The panoramic garden is a corner of paradise: a pergola covered by our white Banksian rose that bursts into bloom in April, filling the air with a unique and unforgettable fragrance. The perfect spot for slow breakfasts, lunches in the shade and cool summer evenings.
The first-floor terrace offers an incomparable view over the bay and features an outdoor shower — perfect for coming back from the beach and watching the sunset.
The kitchen, finished with handmade Vietri majolica tiles, is fully equipped for those who want to cook with fresh produce from the Conca dei Marini market.
The villa features:

Private garden with pergola
Two panoramic terraces with bay views
Outdoor shower
️ Three bedrooms (two king-size with ensuite bathroom + one with two singles that can be joined)
Four bathrooms
Fully equipped kitchen with Vietri majolica tiles
️ Living room
Mattresses with latex toppers and hypoallergenic pillows

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa — bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, both terraces and the private garden. No shared spaces with other guests or the host. The house is entirely yours.

GOOD TO KNOW:
The Amalfi Coast is an extraordinary destination, with a few things worth knowing to make the most of your stay:
The roads are narrow and scenic — we recommend small or compact cars. Parking is available just a few steps from the villa.
The villa is reached from the parking area via a few steps — not suitable for guests with serious mobility difficulties.
⏰ During peak season (July–August) the villages get very busy — heading out in the early morning hours offers a completely different and far more authentic experience.
And then there's our little advantage: we're happy to share our favourite spots with you. Restaurants off the tourist trail, coves only reachable by sea, the best sunsets on the Coast. Because truly knowing this place makes all the difference.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Conca dei Marini is one of those villages that the most discerning travellers search for — and rarely find.
No chaos, no crowds. Just stone alleyways, the scent of lemons, the sound of the waves and a fishing community that still lives at a slow, authentic pace. One of the best-kept secrets of the Amalfi Coast.
What you'll find nearby:
The fishing village of Conca dei Marini — with its authentic little harbour and the famous Emerald Grotto
The local market — fresh produce, Amalfi Coast lemons, garden vegetables
️ The most beautiful coves on the Coast — reachable on foot or by sea
⛪ The Church of Santa Rosa — birthplace of the famous Sfogliatella Santa Rosa pastry
Easy to reach:
Amalfi — 10 minutes by car, one of the most beautiful medieval cities in Italy
Ravello — 15 minutes, breathtaking panoramas and world-famous summer concerts
Positano — 20 minutes, the most photographed village on the Amalfi Coast
Path of the Gods — starting point just minutes away, one of the most beautiful hikes in the world
Furore Gorge — 5 minutes, the most spectacular fjord in Italy
Naples & Pompeii — about one hour, for those who want to explore beyond the Coast
Getting around:
Car — we recommend compact models for the Coast's narrow roads
Boat — the most beautiful way to explore the coves and villages from the sea
SITA Bus — connects all the villages along the Coast, affordable and scenic
And if you'd like to discover the places you won't find in any guidebook — the fishermen's restaurants, the secret coves, the best sunsets — we're here. We know every corner of this coastline and we're more than happy to share it with you.
