The Sugar House is a distinctive two-bedroom villa built within the original stone walls of an 18th-century circular sugar mill. Combining historic character with contemporary comfort, it offers generous interiors, tropical gardens and sweeping views across the estate and surrounding ocean.

Both spacious en-suite bedrooms feature king-size four-poster beds, comfortable sitting areas, handcrafted hardwood vanities and walk-in closets. One bathroom includes a striking circular open-air pebble shower, creating a private spa-like experience beneath the Caribbean sky.

At the heart of the villa is a fully equipped mahogany kitchen opening into a circular living and dining area beneath a dramatic high-arched timber ceiling. The open-plan design, large windows and garden-facing doors allow cooling trade winds to flow naturally through the property.

Guests can relax in the tropical gardens, enjoy the terraces and outdoor seating areas, or simply take in the peaceful surroundings and panoramic views.

The surrounding 28-acre estate is filled with palms, tropical flowers and fruit trees. Scenic nature trails extend through the grounds towards the rugged Atlantic coastline and the secluded beaches of Ravine Bay and Hope Bay.

The Sugar House offers a peaceful and characterful retreat for couples, families or friends seeking privacy, nature and an authentic Bequia experience.

High-speed fibre-optic internet is available throughout the villa. Housekeeping is provided several times each week, and private chefs, grocery pre-stocking, vehicle rental, taxis, additional staff and private powerboat excursions can be arranged.
