Amazing, renovated 1900`s town home in the historic `McMillian Flats` residential district. Spacious home in the heart of downtown Knoxville! When you stay here you are surrounded by some of Knoxville’s best eateries, shops, theaters, and college football…all within walking distance! Just a 16 minute stroll to market square!

This stunning townhome is central to some of Knoxville`s coolest hangouts! The Crafty Bastard Brewery is a 2-minute walk around the corner and A Dopo Sourdough Pizza is just a 4-minute walk! There`s also Remedy Coffee, The Donut Shop, and Tako Taco all less than a 10 minute walk away!

Market Square is easily accessible by foot (0.8mi) with all that S Gay St has to offer under a mile away! Shopping (Mast General Store [0.7mi], Bliss and Tori Mason[0.7mi]), Bowling (Maple Hall[0.7mi]), Music (The Square Room[0.8]), and Grocery (The Market[0.7]) right at your fingertips. Pop into the East Tennessee Historical Society and Museum to learn about our rich history, then head to the French Creperie for a bite to eat! End your day at the Tennessee Theater or the Bijou Theater for a breathtaking show.

A car is recommended, but not necessary!

• Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

•For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.
- You may not book if you live locally without asking for permission and letting us know why you need a place in town.

- By booking with us you agree to download our app to gain access to the property.

- Guests will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make and throw all their trash in the trash can. Also, it will be the guest`s responsibility to do the dishes before they leave.

- Guest needs to leave the key in the lockbox whenever they leave the property.

- To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware: As a part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully completing the guest portal.

- THERE WILL BE A $500 CHARGE FOR SMOKING, PARTYING, OR BREAKING ANY OTHER HOUSE RULES!

- Please do not bring glitter, confetti, or anything like that to any of our properties.

- Please ensure that you review the cancellation policy as it pertains to any cancellation for any COVID-19 reason. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance because we cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy for any reason.


Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply. Renter will receive and agrees to sign the Terms immediately after making a reservation, which will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- The “Minimum Age” to rent the Property is 25 years of age.
- By booking, you agree to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID directly to us. We will request this after your reservation has been made
- The Renter is solely responsible for Renter’s actions and the actions of all family members, guests, and invitees.
- Noise audible outside the Property is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Unless authorized by the Property Manager, the number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy indicated in the listing or the reservation for the Property.
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM until 12:00 AM and Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
- If you do not vacate by check-out time, you authorize us to charge a late departure fee of up to one night’s rental and we may remove all Occupants and their personal property from the Property.
- No smoking is permitted on the Property at any time.
- No animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow.
- Renter authorizes us to bill the credit card on file for the full amount of the Rental Fee at the time of booking. Renter agrees not to make chargeback claims with its credit or debit card issuer.
- Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited.
- Neither the Property Manager nor the Owner will be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including those arising from the use of any pool, hot tub, lake, or bunk bed on the property.
- Upon your arrival at the Property, you should inspect the rental unit to ensure the Property condition is to your satisfaction. If you find any conditions you need to report as unsatisfactory or damaged upon your arrival, you should report such conditions within two hours after the time you arrive at the Property. After the two-hour period expires, the Property is provided as is and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
- You further agree to give us a reasonable amount of time to respond to your report and to cooperate with our efforts to address the concern or provide a remedy.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

    hey we had a good day but just some feedback that will help you make things even better.my husband needs a fan to sleep so if you kept a box fan on the property it would be great for people like him. He did not sleep because of it. However this happens to him often. I should’ve checked for ceiling fans… But since you don’t have them I would definitely get fans on the property as an option.I would also check on your maid and make sure she’s keeping things up to par. One of our kids said their towels didn’t seem clean… We’re really not picky people but I would just make sure she’s keeping everything laundered after each guest.last thing is there was no sugar but there were other things for coffee. There was just some sweet and low. So it seemed like the stash in the kitchen just hadn’t been quite maintained. Just a little things… God bless you guys

    This house was great for entertaining family and friends who were also in town for graduation. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, check-in and other communication very easy. We hope to be back sooon!

    Beautifully restored old building in a quiet neighborhood. Just be aware there is a stairway to the bedrooms so for the handicapped, that might be a problem. Management was available for issues but that was not necessary during our stay. I would stay again.

    We had a great stay at this property. The house was beautiful and within walking distance to Old City and the new ball park. Close to Market Square and campus. The kitchen could be better stocked.

    Our family was gathering in Knoxville for our Christmas together and we had plenty of room. The description was accurate and the home was clean and everything we could have hoped for. The only reason I gave 4 stars on location was because even though it was in perfect vicinity to attractions and local events, it was close to a busy intersection as well as constant foot traffic from homeless individuals that stayed next to our vehicles. That being said, we did not feel unsafe and were not threatened in any way during our stay and would easily stay here in the future.

    This was the perfect locations for our team that was competing at UT. It was helpful to have our staff home and other gender home, all right next door to this one.
