Hidden gem with a breathtaking view on Split

We had a wonderful time at Beverley Klis. The house is exactly as described and pictured in the listing. It’s very clean, comfortable, well equipped, good A/C and WiFi .The hosts, Ivana and her Mum, Branka were so welcoming, kind and helpful throughout our stay. Ivana gave us lots of helpful recommendations for beaches, sightseeing, restaurants and shopping. She responded quickly to text messages if we needed help. The house is high in the hills above Klis, with superb views over Split. It’s really peaceful, with bird song and many colourful butterflies enjoying the gardens of flowers, herbs, cherry, fig and olive trees, fruit and veg. The pool is perfect for hot, sunny days Outdoors there are lots of different seating areas so you can always find a shaded place to sit. Branka comes everyday, cleans the pool, keeping it crystal clear, plus tends to her garden. She often brought us fruit and veg from her garden - all grown organically and taste delicious. As stated in the listing, a car is essential for a stay at Beverley Klis. The road up to the house is quite steep and narrow in places. The entrance driveway to the house is short, and very steep There is a flight of steps up to the house, and also a flight of steps down to the pool. The house does not have disabled access. It would also not be suitable for toddlers. Do visit Klis Fortress, nearby Olive Museum and Restoran Perlica. We enjoyed all. Thank you so much, Ivana & Branka for all your hospitality & kindness

Fab property, ideal for us as a family of 4, very clean and has everything required for a stay. Views where amazing, and very peaceful, loads of space and different areas around the gardens to enjoy and relax. Easy drive into Split, and a short walk from the Klis Castle. A great host with loads of great local recommendations of places to go etc. which was all super helpful.

Very well equipped property in a beautiful hillside location with stunning views to Split and the sea beyond. The hosts could not have been more accommodating and made our stay an absolute pleasure.

To say this place is amazing is an understatement. The location is incredible, the house has all you need and more, the pool clean and sparkling and the owner is so very welcoming and helpful. She gave us so much valuable information of where to visit and restaurants to eat in and even helped us as to where to park in Split which is only a 20 minute drive away. Don’t hesitate, if you want a lovely house and pool with a view in Split then this is the place to book.

We stayed in the house of Ivana for 2 weeks and we had the best holidays ever! The house looks exactly like on the pictures, its completely new and extremly clean. Location: The house is located in Klis, next to this house are a few other holiday houses but no direct neigbour so you can relax and rest. We recommend to rent a car, because its easier to reach Split city and all of the supermarkets. With the car you need 20min to get in the city. House: It is fully equiped with everything you need and super clean. You have a washing machine, dish washer, table for dinner inside and outside a small table. The furniture is new and modern. Outside downstairs is a barbecue area and a large table as well as a table beneath the house where you have a great view on the whole coast which is beautiful in the mornings and evenings. There is also a parking lot for your car available. Pool: The pool was really amazing :) It was large, you have 2 sun loungers and a parasol (exactly like on the picture), the water is clean, there is also a shower next to the pool and it was cleaned everyday by Ivanas Mom. Extras: We were welcomed by Ivana and her Mom with some food and drinks which was really nice. We could contact Ivana everytime during our stay for any recommendations. Ivanas Mom was there every day in the early morning to water the huge garden and we got every day a big bowl of fruits and vegetables which was so nice! On our last evening we got a typical croatian dinner and cake - thank you again :) We can recommend this holiday house totally! Kristina & Sören
