We welcome both short and long term rentals. For rentals over 2 weeks in length, we will hold a $500 security deposit that will be returned within one week of the end of your rental.

We believe your vacation begins the moment you begin planning. We are here to help as much or as little as you'd like. We have made all the mistakes and we have discovered all the hidden gems throughout the island. We welcome the opportunity to share what we have learned and connect our guests to our friends on the island. We are not satisfied until our guests fall in love with Exuma!

The large (almost 700 Sq Ft) unit provides ample space for up to 4 people with a King-sized Master bed, a queen-size Murphy Bed, a fully stocked kitchen, a washer & dryer, and our comfy lounge chairs to soak up the sunrise each morning. Thanks to a network of friends within the resort, if you are traveling with an extended family, we can also help find other accommodations for the rest of your party.

Sleeping Arrangements:

- Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, ensuite bathroom
- Living Area: Queen-size Murphy bed with full bathroom nearby
- Sleeps up to 4 comfortably

Palm Bay Beach Club is perfectly located right between Jolly Hall Beach and The Famous Fish Fry; all within walking distance of the unit. Convenience abounds for all guests with an on-sight restaurant - Splash and Rental Car facilities located right across the street.
