Stayed Oct 29, 2023If you are looking for a traditional, comfortable Spanish finca in a quiet spot with a fabulous view of the sea, then look no further. You will need a car, but are no more than 15 mins from a supermarket, and easy distance to Adeje, Las Americas or Los Cristianos. We were warmly welcomed, and shown around the villa which is enormous! So much to explore. The furnishings are a little dated, but it is nonetheless comfortable, and the villa is so well equipped with a fantastic outside kitchen for BBQs and a fully equipped bar with pool table, air hockey, table tennis, darts, sound system etc. which kept the kids happy (and the dads). The pool is lovely - a few loose tiles but that didn't matter, it was a great size and salt water which meant it was not overly treated with chemicals, so it stayed clean and fresh, and is warmed rather than heated; just lovely. If there were a few drawbacks, it was a lack of air conditioning which meant it was too warm to use the cave rooms to sleep; a waterbed rather than normal mattress on one of the main beds in the house; the gym is nor really useable as there is a large snooker table on it and the dogs next door which loved to bark early morning! Overall we had a great holiday!

Stayed Sep 22, 2023just spent a fantastic two weeks at this villa , the villa itself was very roomy then there was the cave ( a little hot at night ) but still excellent. then the bar , pool and hot tub brilliant. As a previous reviewer said there is some tiles missing in the pool but it did not affect us or our enjoyment of the pool. Alan was the best host ive ever had in Tenerife , nothing was too much trouble to him. Before i got a car ( which you do need ) he helped me no end . All in all a fantastic holiday.

Stayed Jul 19, 2023We were there for 9 days and it was incredible. The house is better than it looks. The living room and the dining room are huge. And the cave and the pool amazing. The rooms are very big as well. To sum up, it is a great house to go with family or friends

Stayed Mar 12, 2023We had an amazing stay! Alan is very friendly and helpful. The complex is big, clean and comfortable. We had a super good holiday! Pool is nice and big the whole area was very clean and was solar heated! Hot tub is amazing! Bar and games room was fun too. Definitely 3 nights was too short we didnt even manage to get to emjoy everything! We'll Definitely be coming back! Thank you x

Stayed Apr 12, 2022There are so many positives about this place that it's difficult to know where to start. The hosts, Russell & Alan, are excellent: friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful (on our final evening, the gas supply ran low; we texted Alan about it and - no word of a lie - he arrived at our front door, with 2 new canisters, no more than 7 minutes later)! The accommodation is huge and offers a range of room styles (quiet reading retreats, cool cave rooms for those who can't stand the heat, a massive living room with more films and TV channels than you could possibly wish for), including the bar overlooking the large saltwater pool (do not be put off by this, the water was not at all salty, in fact it felt better for our skin than chlorine) and hot tub, where we could have music absolutely blaring all day without disturbing a soul (the bar walls are so thick that once you climb the steps back up to the house, you can hardly hear the music at all)! A perfect holiday villa for families (there were eight of us, all grown-ups), groups or parties (snooker, pool, air hockey and table tennis all available) and we would highly recommend it. Okay, there were a few minor imperfections (tiles coming off the pool floor, for example), but - frankly - who cares?!

Stayed Feb 9, 2019Lovely villa with lots of room for all the family. Great facilities, kids loved the pool and games room. Also plenty of room to run around outside and quiet spots to sit for the adults as well. Very well equipped kitchen and bar area. Allan was very helpful coming out late at night to fix a broken lock and giving us a lift to the airport on the last day.

Stayed Jun 23, 2018We've booked this villa as a group of 14 graduates (from secondary school), and we can all agree that this trip can be remembered as on of the best holidays ever. Russell and Alan (the representatives) are extremely cooperative and extremely nice! It was hard to find a villa without all of us being 18 years. Though Russell didn't mind and was very welcoming! The Villa is huge! There is something to do for everyone and you don't even have to run into each other. The bar and pool area is gorgeous and we've really enjoyed swimming there during the days and chilling in the hottub/pool in the evenings. There's plenty of entertainment and stuff to do in the villa! Also, the villa has everything you think you might need. Especially regarding kitchen supplies. Also the technology, sound bars and tv's and stuff really watered my mouth! Apart from that Russell and Alan were great. They came to check with us every 2 days (as we pleased) and all our requests were immediately dealt with. They even agreed to take us groceries shopping every two days, since the nearest supermarket is a little while away and we had no car. Apart from that they just left us to do our own thing, which was incredible and a lot of freedom! Thank you Russell and Alan! I on behalf of the whole group certainly recommend this villa!
