Havasu Terrace Casita

Guests of the Havasu Terrace Casita will experience great mountain and lake views, a convenient and relaxing pool and patio area, and close-by shopping and recreational opportunities

Our Havasu Terrace Casita is a detached, 1 bedroom guest house that is set upon our view lot where our home is. Our main home is next to the casita. The casita features everything a guest could want including a king Smart Sleep Number bed, full kitchen, and a queen Flex Steel Air sofa sleeper. Exclusive parking, privacy, convenience, and comfort make for an enjoyable accommodation to which you will return time after time.

Pool/Spa Fee

No charge for use of pool (pool is not artificially heated)

Spa heating and operation- Onetime Start-up fee $20 plus $15 per hour. Guest arranges for use time with Host and Host starts and ends run time. Spa only available when Host is onsite.

The Haulenbeck`s live on-site in their adjacent home for a good part of the year and are readily available to insure that guests have a memorable and relaxing lodging experience. Their neighbor is the property supervisor that assists guests as well.

Commonly called the `lakeside`, our neighborhood is comprised of newer, custom homes. Access to the Mesquite Bay fishing preserve and Windsor State Park and Boat Launch is only a few miles away. Likewise, super markets, department stores, home improvement stores, and various eateries are only minutes away.

The best means of transportation is by personal automobile. However, independent shuttle services offer a reasonably priced alternative. Of course Uber is available as well.

We welcome our guests to use our beautiful pool. Please know, however, that the Havasu Terrace prohibits children being present to reduce risk and liability.

REMINDERS

NO consumption of tobacco or marijuana allowed. This includes vaping of ANY product.

Maintain A/C thermostat no lower than 77*F (A/C will freeze and you will be responsible for paying for repairs!). DO NOT CLOSE VENTS in rooms, as doing so will damage the A/C-Furnace unit.

When stocking the refrigerator for your stay, be sure to allow 3” for ventilation along refrigerator walls. Overstocking refrigerator will not allow for appropriate chilling. DO NOT LOWER SETTING ON REFRIGERATOR DIAL when refrigerator is full. This WILL NOT lower the temperature BUT WILL DAMAGE THE REFRIGERATOR, resulting in repairs that YOU WILL PAY FOR!

After using the BBQ, turn each dial to the OFF position. If you fail to do this, you will empty the tank and will have to pay for the refill!

Keep Radio/ Noise down after 10:00 pm.

No sleeping on the sofa itself. Pull out the bed within the sofa for sleeping.

Please do not rearrange furniture.

If the wireless internet is not working, *call for assistance.

If something is broken or missing and is not so listed on the Inventory and/or Walk-thru Lists, *call. Failing to heed this instruction may result in you paying for the repair/replacement!

No food, glass, diving or horseplay in the pool and spa; safety practices are of the utmost importance.

CHECK-OUT REMINDERS: Before checking out, please

• Leave all used beds unmade.

• Load and run dishwasher.

• Remember to throw away perishables out of the refrigerator.

• Turn off A/C or Heater when you leave.

• Turn off propane tank valve for BBQ

• Take all trash and broken down boxes to the trash cans on the east side of the main house.

• Make sure all windows and doors are shut and locked.

• Check out no later than 11 a.m., unless other arrangements have been made.

• Call Amy when you are about to leave, so she knows when she may enter to clean the property. If no one answers, leave a message.
