Stayed Jan 16, 2026The place was clean, had everything needed for making meals. Surrounded by mountain views all around.The hot tub amenities could have been open longer till around 11 and maybe more heated mats around so not as slippery.

Stayed Jun 5, 2025A great spot for my family of four. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The beds were especially nice. We appreciated that the kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook - including on the grill. Just minutes away from Banff.

Stayed Mar 28, 2025As it does say in small print it is a community laundry and hot tub it is vague and trucking through snow for laundry and to share a hot tub was not in our plans.. the pictures need to show it is in a community area and amenities on listing is not clear of shared. Laundry is few and waiting and costs.The unit is very nice but the grounds keeper for snow was our main complaint and we therefore cancelled our visitThe owners were reasonable with us cancelling and leaving first night due to our complaints and fair money was returned I would recommend summer rental but not winter unless they have hired a better company for snow removal.Please update your description to alert travellers Thank you for hosting and understanding to make this right for us.

Stayed Feb 16, 2025Pretty much what expected.But hot tub is not worth including in the listing. It is pretty small and communal for whole complex and not well maintained.Discovered used and unused condom wrappers in bedside drawer only when packing up so cleaners could have done better!

Stayed Aug 20, 2023We enjoyed our stay in this place. We only have two concerns. First, the bed in the bigger room is too soft, which triggered my back problem. Second, the bathtub is clogged, the shower water cannot go down smoothly.
