Gulf Coast Villa On Rotonda West Nature Reserve With A Private Pool And Jeti

This is our second stay at this vacation home and once again we had a wonderful time. Since some of the beaches are still closed from the hurricane we were so glad that we could enjoy the nice pool. Watching the alligators in the canal was an added entertainment. The house was very clean, had plenty of linens and the beds are comfortable.

This house was just what we needed, very spacious and beautifully decorated. Pool area was equipped with lots of sitting area and eating area. Host was very accommodating and nice to talk to. Enjoy our vacation to the fullest

We had a great stay in the villa. Everything as described and lots of room. The villa was recently updated with paint and new floors. Enjoyed the pool area viewing the wildlife and canal area. We plan to return.

We enjoyed our stay and saw plenty of local wildlife. We had a comfortable 2 week stay but would say the villa is in need of some repairs and updating.

We’ve had a lovely stay in a great home. Villa as described, had everything you need to feel at home. Furniture/beds really comfy. Kitchen fully equipped for our needs. Equipment for the beach was a great extra. Peaceful to sit out around the pool, sun all day. Nice quiet area. Would love to stay again. Thank you.

Good location. Near beaches/water. Large bedrooms. Could use some updating but overall was perfect for us.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the view and wildlife. The home was very clean and the spilt layout was perfect. We loved the mastor suite! Everything was very comfortable and the hosts were quick to respond to any of our needs. While we enjoyed the pool, it does need some repair which is the only reason we did not give all 5 stars. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious home with all the amenities and more. Well stocked with linens, towels of all kinds, Kleenex / TP / cleaning supplies, laundry room and suntan lotions / oils of all kinds. Kitchen had adequate amount of dishes / cookware, etc to readily meet your needs. Even basic cooking oils / spices, and paper products were provided to get you started (until we went shopping). Above all, and not to be minimized, was the glorious patio / private pool and access to the pool from all angles. Direct sunlight was available to patio / pool throughout the entire day! Up-to-date entertainment equipment (TV.s in just about every room, boom box for patio entertainment, and games / books, etc) to keep people of all ages busy and entertained. Pool toys and bikes x4 were also available for our enjoyment. We truly could not have asked for more!! Beaches / local establishments / restaurants short driving distances away. We enjoyed every minute and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for an excellent vacation experience. Owner attentive and communicated with us throughout our stay--made us feel important and safe. Given that extensive repairs were carried out [due to Hurricane Ian] immediately prior to arrival, the Villa was in good condition and very comfortable [especially the beds!]. It's location is in a quiet neighborhood but all amenities are easily accessible by car, shopping [10mins] & beaches [20mins]. Would consider returning in future.
