This 7-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 7000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is a short drive to the beach and is a few minutes drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

A few house rules:

Rates vary according to seasons, the duration of your stay and the number of guests. The listing price is valid for regular occupancy (up to 15 guests). For larger groups, a premium will be charged. On the other hand, discounts are possible for long-term rentals, low-season bookings and lower number of guests.
