Stayed Dec 1, 2017We stayed at this villa for four months from December, 2017 through March, 2018. It was very spacious and well maintained. Johnny, the pool and yard maintenance man was wonderful and was here three times a week and looked after everything. The owner made himself available to us at any time and made sure we had access to a maid whenever we wanted. Any issues that came up with the house or pool were dealt with promptly. The area is gated with 24 hour security and we felt very safe. We would recommend having a vehicle. The only reason for giving it a four is that the kitchen was not well stocked with basic appliances, dishes and cooking utensils. As we were staying for four months and do our own cooking we had to purchase a number of the items, such as toaster, blender, coffee pot, etc. that should have been standard in a villa of this size. Bedding also needs to be updated. There were no blankets or bed covers. It could use a proper dining table set. The pictures we saw showed one but it was not here when we came and the patio dining set was in the kitchen which was not comfortable. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would recommend this villa to any large group or family.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We found that nice property exactly as described. Owner and agent were accommodating and willing on work little kinks out. and cleaning was rather on demand than daily, but it wasn't an issue with us at all. We were fine, we had very good time and that was all we cared about. Thanks guys.
