Guests enjoy a private ground-level entrance with smart lock access, one reserved parking pass, and overflow parking on-site. Shared amenities include a private pool, sun deck, and direct beach access just steps away. Inside, you’ll find an in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, and streaming-enabled smart TVs.

The Sandstone is one of six boutique villas within Sea House Villas, each uniquely designed with a shared standard of coastal refinement. Guests receive a personalized access code prior to arrival. Pool and beach access follow seasonal schedules, and quiet hours are observed from 10 PM–8 AM to preserve the peaceful coastal atmosphere.
