GRETA - A Luxury 3 Beds Villa with private pool

Our winter stay at Villa Greta was wonderful. Although the weather in January isn't exactly perfect, we had a fantastic week there. The house was more than adequate for our family of five. The house was comfortable and spacious, we had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, and directions were very helpful. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and even more. A pleasant surprise upon arrival was water and juice in the fridge. The next morning after check-in, George from Villas2let visited us to make sure everything was alright. A very kind gesture. We warmly recommend Villas2let and their facilities.

We spent 8 days at Villa Greta. We are very happy with our stay, the villa is incredibly spacious with all the facilities you need for friends or family. The neighborhood is very quiet and we had no problems whatsoever. The agency was able to answer all our questions, and arrival and departure went very smoothly.

Very cleanliness and comfort. Beautiful garden and swimming pool. The only downside was the dishwasher which was broken.

Overall we have a lovely holiday. We were disappointed that we were not warned of the construction work on the villa next door which rendered the garden and pool unusable during the day for nearly all of our 10 days. The villa was nice, beds comfortable and enough towels etc provided but quite basic - no lamp shades on the ceilings, no door mats to stop the house getting wet from the pool, no brush or dust pan for the floor etc. Not that child friendly, lots of sharp edges and no plastic cups or anything provided. We love the area and the villa is just a 10min walk to the nearest beach/shops. The service provided by Villas to Let was great and were quick to offer help and support.

Easy access to the best beaches of Cyprus in Protaras and Ayia Napa. The villa is definitely recommended for families or group of friends as it is a very modern, new and stylish design. The sofas and bed are super comfy, the kitchen fully equiped and spacious and we looved the outdoors space design. The pool are is not very big but great for the number people accommodated in the villa! Definitely recommending Villa Greta!

I called and advised about these problems . The main ones are : 1- cockroaches seen many times in bathrooms in ground and first floor !!!! 2- Main entrance door lock needs replacement . you need to push and fight with the door in and out to be able to open it 3- More than half of light bulbs are removed . Existing are very small . Light is very bad . Using LED light bulbs can give comfort to tenants and does not cost any considerable electrical fees . Nothing to compare with existing water pump and swimming pool plant .
