GREAT OCEAN VIEW to Relax, Rest, and Restore on Beautiful Hilton Head Island ☀️

Great location, cozy unit with everything you need. Complex had plenty of activities for adults and kids.This is great location for families. The only down side most things on the complex close by 8pm. Just minutes away from shopping and restaurants.

Great location and villa was well maintained. We had a great time.

The room was perfect for the two of us. The balcony was a great place to eat or to just hang out. Access to the beach was convenient. Bike rental was easy and fun. (We took a bike ride to Coligny beach for lunch one day!) The outdoor diner next to the pool made for a nice lunch. We are mostly beach sitters, so we didn't use the pool or the rest of the resort facilities, but there are lots of options. It's a great place for a couple or a family.

Our stay in this perfect place exceeded our expectations! It’s beautiful decor, super clean design, ample cozy feel, and vicinity to the beach made us sad to leave! We also loved the resort pool and could walk (or ride our rental bikes) to fun places to eat. Can’t wait to return!

It was immaculate and had a great view!The place was very nice and updated. Price was perfect and the owner communicated everything well. I also was glad they didn't have a huge list of what to do when we checked out like some.

This was our 2nd time staying here and we absolutely love it! Kathy is an amazing host and wonderful to rent from. The condo is in a great location and close to the beach and pool. It has everything you need and more and very clean!! We will definitely be back!

The condo is very nice, very clean and newly update.There how ever are no spices, napkins , paper plates, etc so just plan to take what you need.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Quiet too! Size was just right for two. The Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort has nice amenities, and the staff is accommodating and friendly. Large pool never felt busy or crowded and access to the beach was easy. On-site laundry is convenient however, the process of purchasing the laundry card was different than instructed (recent change) and was not so easy. Shout out to our host, Kathy who picked up my call when we were about an hour from arriving. We called her as we couldn't locate the email from VRBO that should have been sent 3 days prior and was to contain the property entry code. Fortunately, she provided this to us over the phone. Overall, great location and lots to do! Thank you! :)

Very nicely remodeled especially the bathroom & kitchen, clean & tidy. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony at all different times of the day & evening! The sun was never rising or setting on the unit so it stayed comfortable! Quick walk to the beach to watch the sunrise! Complimentary soap etc. were appreciated but condiments such as salt & pepper or olive oil were not left in any cupboards. Coffee filters would’ve been nice since we brought our coffee but there were none.

Property was very well renovated. Sometimes at rentals, you can see where they skimped on the renovations to just make them look pretty for pictures, but you could tell the work done was quality in person. It was a short walk to the beach and pool, which was great. Place was super clean, which I appreciated. The only negative I had was the mattress on the bed was not very comfy and I definitely wish I had brought my own pillow. Other than that, it was a great stay at a fair price.

Despite the weather being lousy, we had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Great view. Property manger was helpful and very easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

I must say this was one of the best vacations I have had. First time to Hilton Head. The condo was AMAZING. it was perfect for my husband and 11 year old son and me. It was so clean and well stocked. The location was perfect! It was a very short walk to the pool and ocean. The view from the balcony was beautiful. I enjoyed sitting out there until bedtime every night. The food at the resort was very good. We ate at Jamaica Joes for lunch at the pool and sometimes dinner. I will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this condo. You will love it and the owner is wonderful! Thank you for one of the best vacations.

A perfect space for our trip. We had everything that we needed and a great view. Our host was responsive and we would book this property again.

Loved this spotlessly clean, updated condo in HHB&T Club. Everything on the listing was accurate from photos, to it being steps from the beach and pool. Loved renting the bikes for the week right on the property and taking the free Breeze trolley right out front. Everything was easy and my grown daughter and I had a lovely time together here.
