Great Location & Beautiful Villa in Sea Pines. Beach Accessibility! Island Time

This condo is very nice with a beautiful view and great location. It’s just a short bike ride to Coligny, the Beach Club and Harbortown. We had a few questions when we got there and David was very quick to respond. We will definitely be back.

Loved this location. Beautiful view into the backyard overlooking the pond, the beautiful trees and the putting green lots of alligator in bird wildlife also to enjoy. Open floor plan made the place feel huge with cozy comfortable furniture. Highly recommended.!

We have been going to this Villa for several years now. It feels like home to us and the host is the best! He is easy to communicate with and genuinely cares about us enjoying his villa. The location is perfect. We park our car and ride bikes everywhere during the week. Harbor Town, Salty Dog, Sunset on the beach, Lawton Stables and more, Even to the grocery store. My husband enjoys the putting greens daily. There is a beautiful view of the lagoon, which we fish in. The grandchildren love looking out at the squirrels frolicking, alligators sunning, fish jumping out of the water all day long and we even saw a deer right out our window this year!!Very clean and has comfortable beds. Equipped kitchen and good size laundry area. Has everything we need …… we’ll be back again next year!!!

The house was very comfortable for the 6 of us for our weeks stay. We loved sitting outside and watching the gators and wild life. We saw many birds including an owl and also had a deer tun right by one morning. We also enjoyed the close proximity to The Beach Club and the walking paths that we used every day to get our 3 mile walk in. We would recommend the rental to anyone looking for a great stay in Hilton Head!

Easy check-in. David is on top of everything and quick to respond. We love his place as it is close to the beach has a great backyard view and plenty of space for us.We've stayed in Sea Pines for several years now and once we found David's it's been our go to!

LOCATION: Something for everyone. Very short walk to an uncrowded stretch of beach. Good fishing 15 yards from the back door. Gator watching from the back porch. Easy walk or bike to shopping, restaurants, bars, music.VILLA: Great layout (we had 5 adults). Plenty of room, and everything was in good order. Convenient hidden service yard for bikes and beach equipment with hose bib to spray sand off before entering villa.FACILITATION: Owners communicated all details we needed in advance without prompting. Were highly responsive to our questions.Would happily stay at again.

Our second year there and it was amazing!!

The location (close to the beach) was amazing, the accommodations were comfortable, and the backyard ambience (lagoon, alligator watching and putting green) was fun & tranquil. Can’t wait to go back and stay again!

Very impressed with our stay. The property was just as described and incredibly clean when we arrived. The hosts were great about communication leading up to the trip, answering any questions we had. They even let us know we could check in a couple of hours early if we would like. The three bedrooms are quite spacious and each having their own bathroom is really nice. The kitchen is very well stocked and included things we normally have to pickup ourselves (coffee filters, napkins, etc). The patio area on the back provides a nice view of a lagoon where we saw plenty of birds and a few alligators. We have always stayed at Palmetto Dunes. But David said he hoped we would find Sea Pines more enjoyable after this stay and I think he was right. Sea Pines has a more laid back feeling overall and the beach felt less populated than we’ve seen on the north side of the island. We would definitely stay here again!

The villa was very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the artwork throughout the space! David is a great host, he answered all of our questions, was very responsive and super nice. We will absolutely be staying here again.The location is excellent just a short walk to the beach or even shorter bike ride. The Villa is equipped with anything and everything that you should need other than food and other basic items. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils and items.If you’re looking for an excellent stay in Sea Pines on Hilton head Island you should definitely choose this Villa look no further!

This was our 14th year at HHI and have settled on this place as perfect for us for thr last 3 years. As the 5 stars suggest, the house fits the bill in every way. The location is great for a variety of activities. Close to golf, the ocean and a short drive to Harbour Town marina. Very convenient and we hope to be back.

We had a wonderful time. Loved the property and it’s proximity to the beach. Communications with owner were prompt. Highly recommend and hope to return! Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise with us :)

Exceeded our expectations

We had a wonderful time in David's townhome on Hilton Head. The location could not be beat and with four children ranging in ages from teenagers to toddlers, we needed something for everyone. With a putting green essentially in the backyard and the beach an easy 5-6 minute walk away, this property checked all of the boxes for our family of six. Having a full kitchen, and access to a washer/ dryer was also a huge benefit. Sea Pines is the best place to stay in Hilton Head and I would highly recommend David's home.

David was a great host. Great view and location and my wife was happy with how well stocked the villa was. Would rate higher but furniture could use some updating.

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home. The view of the water and golf course when you walk in are stunning. Location is our favorite in Sea Pines. Quick walk to the beach and fun bike ride to all parts of Sea Pines. Appreciated the free tennis court and putting green right out front. Our son caught two fish from the pretty bridges behind the home. Home is impeccably clean. Loved the bathtub with water view. Plenty of room for our family. Thanks for a fun week!

As always, we had a wonderful family vacation. The villa is well cared for and very clean. We noticed some nice updates this year! When you walk in the door you see the beautiful view of the lagoon and putting greens. The kids love seeing the fish jumping, alligators swimming or sunning, the beautiful birds flying or walking around. They even have binoculars to use. Great entertainment for any age! We love the convenience of the close walk to the beach, playing tennis in the courts or having our annual family putting challenge across the lagoon behind the villa. A great bonus is the availability to get in touch with the host if needed. They're quick to respond.

The property owner David was very attentive to any and all issues. From a location standpoint the condo was an easy bike ride to the beach, the beach club, harbor town and sea pines center. However the unit truly needs updated especially the beds and bathrooms - very uncomfortable beds.

Wonderful place, we would certainly stay here again!
