Gorgeous villa with ocean view 5 minute walk to Samara Beach

The stay was great. The house was clean, and the onsite property caretakers were so helpful and nice. The house was conveniently located neat the beach and town, and was surrounded by beautiful wildlife. It was quite hot during our stay, and the house was a nice cool retreat from the sun, with spectacular views. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We loved our visit to Samara, the beaches, the wildlife and the fabulous ocean water!! Our stay at the house was fabulous. Very spacious, great patio and the pool felt great after a day at the beach. The caretaker, Jorge, was great and responsive. The howler monkeys in the nearby trees were a delight for me to see. Thankyou for a great stay!!

It is difficult to put into words how amazing this property is! For the benefit of people who just skim reviews, book it!! For those looking for a more detailed review, I will go on. First of all, Wendy the host is fantastic to work with. Communication is quick and detailed. The location is absolutely fantastic, 5min walk to the beach, and 5min or less drive to Sámara. You can certainly walk the beach to town as well, but we did not. The house itself is a dream! The views, the pool, the cleanliness, the amenities, all are perfect. If you are planning on booking with other couples, be sure to have a conversation about who gets the primary bedroom. Although all of the bedrooms have amazing views, the view from the primary is a step above the rest. The caretakers are amazing as well, quick to respond to questions. We will definitely be booking again!

The house was wonderful with incredible views. Watching wildlife on the pool deck was very amusing. My only criticism about the property which really isn’t the property itself) is the road noise. Some of the scooters and motorcycles were extremely loud, especially at night. That one thing aside, the stay was wonderful!!

Everything about our experience here was excellent! Prior to coming, our many questions were immediately answered. The hosts met us when we arrived and explained everything in detail. Very welcoming!

Very pretty home with great views from the main living area and the 4th floor bedroom. We loved being able to open the accordion doors to enjoy inside/outside living. The 2 bedrooms on the lower level share 1 bathroom. There is an additional full bathroom on the pool level which was helpful when we had 3 couples. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cookware with a full-size refrigerator. Plan to purchase basics for cooking (oil, seasoning, foil, etc) if you will be cooking meals. Be prepared for a very steep driveway and lots of stairs. Our golf cart made it up the drive fine. The caretakers are excellent and helpful and the owners house instructions are very detailed. It is a 5 min walk to the beach, but it's a dangerous walk. The house is on a main road that is very busy and curvy with no sidewalk or even a shoulder. We were glad we had the golf cart for getting to the beach and town, especially at night. You should also be prepared for the traffic noise at night.

Beautiful home with amazing views. Jorge the caretaker is caring, efficient and most importantly a very kind and gentle man. I was there with my husband and 2 grown kids and we all enjoyed the stay very much.

The property was gorgeous, the pool and deck views were unparalleled. It was like a luxury treehouse . The property was as advertised and was excellent for a family of 5. Perfect kitchen and well stocked, with excellent communication with manager and caretakers I would def stay again and recommend

We just loved our stay at Casa Estiyul. It’s so much more beautiful than in the pictures. Flory and Jorge were very helpful and the walk is easy to the beach. I would recommend !

We enjoyed a week in this beautiful home in Samara! It was just as pictured, even better! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Samara. The house was close to town and we had plenty of space to spread out or be together!

We absolutely love Casa Estiyul! This is our second stay in this home and it is amazing. The location is perfect, so close to the beach and town. The house is very clean and well stocked. The open kitchen, living, patio/pool space is perfect for family time. The views are spectacular. We had monkeys, beautiful birds, large iguanas to keep us company! Jorge and Flory, the caretakers are very responsive and helpful and the kindest people you will ever meet. And interacting with Wendy is always professional, helpful and friendly. Loved the treehouse home with the infinity pool. Lots of stairs and an aggressive driveway but that is why the views are amazing. Kitchen is well stocked but updated spices and pantry supplies would help during stay. A house binder would be great in navigating home and area. A bigger bed in master would be awesome.
