Desert Lily is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome with brand-new carpets in Coral Ridge. It is fully stocked and equipped to accommodate a large gathering with friends or family. There is a spacious two-car garage and outdoor patio area. Centrally located in all of Southern Utah`s hot spots, this is the next place for a fun-filled vacation!

Gorgeous views of the Southern Utah landscape right from the patio. With no neighbors on the east side of the property, there are unobstructed, beautiful views for you to enjoy.

This home is loaded with upgrades! 10` ceilings, modern, stone tile throughout, two-tone paint, quartz countertops in kitchen and baths. Full-size front load washer and dryer in the laundry room, with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided.

Amenities of the home include top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and a gas cooktop stove, with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, and water dispenser. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware for a large group. Kitchen Aid mixer, Cuisinart griddle/grill, food processor, coffee maker, crockpot, waffle maker, blender, 4-slice toaster, spices, etc. Highchair, playpen, and queen air mattress available.

The kitchen has a table with an extra leaf/extension and 8 comfortable, leather chairs, with 4 barstools at the counter. The great room has a gas fireplace, with two full-size couches and two chairs, so plenty of seating and room to relax!

High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber. Smart tv`s available on all TVs. Blue-ray DVD players in the loft/game room and family room. Alarm clocks in all of the bedrooms. Xbox Connect in Loft, with games and controllers.

Two Master Suites, one upstairs and one downstairs, with king beds, luxury bedding, and ensuite bathrooms. The main master downstairs has a large soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. The upstairs master has a full-size couch, with a queen sleeper. Both have desks/office space and large walk-in closets. The upstairs master has a private, walk-out covered balcony and the main master has a french door going out to the backyard patio.

The Queen Bedroom has a private walk-out covered balcony and walk-in closet, with a full bathroom just across the hall. Beautiful four-poster bed made of teak wood from India.

The bunk bedroom sleeps 7, with two bunk beds with twin over full beds and a pull-out twin trundle and walk-in closet, with flatscreen TV.

The loft/Game Room has a queen sofa sleeper, a 60` flatscreen TV, large closet, connected to a full bath. There is a closet full of games in the hallway next to the bunk bedroom and loft.

Large outdoor seating area, with a natural gas BBQ grill, an outdoor table that seats 6, with an umbrella, and two padded lounge chairs. Nice courtyard with seating at the front of the home.

The pools (heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7am-10pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the cupboard of the laundry room.

The kitchen is fully stocked and includes wine glasses, a coffee machine and filters, a crockpot, an electric griddle, children’s plastic dinnerware, a tea kettle, and a selection of basic spices and oils.

Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 11am.

For groceries and supplies, the Walmart in Hurricane (10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 West) is less crowded than the one in St. George (10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10). However, in St. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters.

There is a garage door opener and pool key fob hanging above the computer desk in the kitchen. Please return items there upon departure.

    The house was great! Very clean, nice furnishings, and it had everything we needed. Having two king rooms with on suite bathrooms was really nice. Good access to the freeway.

    Overall stay was great. We had a great time and the place was really nice. Listing said there was a private pool but there wasn’t one which we were all looking forward to. That was really disappointing. Had some trouble with the codes and getting in but property manager was quick to respond and sent someone out to fix the problem.

    The condo location is a little bit away from most places in St George, but the neighborhood was really nice. Two pools and two hot tubs in the neighborhood. The place was really clean but smelled really bad when we first arrived. We had to air out the house and then it was fine. It has everything you need to cook, but did have a broken griddle. Why not just throw it away and buy a new one. Tons of room with four bedrooms and the loft. Really beautiful bathrooms. A lot of the furniture in the house are really cheap. The chairs at the dinner room table will fall apart if you are not careful and are so uncomfortable that you don’t want to sit on them too long. One of the bunk beds is barely holding together. A few of the side tables around the house look like they will fall over if you touch them. The shower curtain in the hallway bathroom upstairs is not long enough to prevent water from going outside the shower because the rod is broken. They also say they have pool towels but only five of them, so don’t expect to not have to bring your own. We enjoyed the two big couches in the main room. They were comfy and the room was big enough to entertain all 12 of us. TVs in all bedrooms and one in the loft and living room. So plenty of entertainment. Big garage to keep two cars. Short walk to the pond and the clubhouse. Overall it was a really nice place.
