Beautiful views and excellent host.

A perfect time at this gorgeous property with amazing views.

We stayed a week overlooking the Adriatic Sea The view was spectacular from the spacious terrasse The house was as described. The area peaceful and surrounded by age old olive trees What a treat Luciana was reachable and pleasant and would definitely book again Grazie

Beautiful property, exactly as shown in the photographs. Stunning sea-view. The outside areas are a particular highlight. We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool looks amazing, especially when lit up at night, and a couple of us did attempt a dip in the day time, but as it is not heated and the day time temperature in October was mid 20s, it was freezing cold! I imagine when the weather is much hotter it is fantastic. Visitors should be aware that the road up to the villa is very steep, even to drive up it. You definitely need a car as there is nothing in walking distance. Plenty of supermarkets etc in Gagliano del Capo, about a 10 minute drive away. Something the owners can do nothing about, but if you hate cats, you should be aware that there are a number of local cats (2 in particular, but 4 in total), that were very regular visitors to the villa which for the majority of the time were not too much trouble. However, it meant we couldn't leave any doors open (one occasion someone didn't quite close the mosquito screen across and we caught them on the kitchen island eating our meat and cheese lunch!). It was a little difficult to have food in peace at the outside table as they were very fast and happy to get on the table and steal food, even if you were there trying to keep them off/scare them away. Please don't let this put you off the villa as it is a small thing, but if you are allergic to cats it may be an issue.

We had a wonderful stay at this very well appointed Villa. The views were spectacular and breathtaking. Our host Luciana was very helpful and we enjoyed lunch at her Masseria ristorante a few minutes away from the Villa. We definitely recommend it and would not hesitate to return.

This place is magical! Beautifully constructed to take advantage of the sea view and breeze. The pool was spectacular! Exactly as shown. Attentive and helpful host made sure we were able to find the house. Eat at their nearby Masseria! It’s also wonderful! There is room for 3 couples here—with one couple in the upper unit. Easy drive to Leuca, Castro, Otronto, Gallipoli…and then relax by the pool!

Lovely property only complaint was lack of towels only one per adult and no pool towels

We had a fabulous time at this villa between Marina di Novaglie and Gagliano del Capo. The access road and driveway are a bit scary, but that's the price of what is a truly priceless location and view of the coastline and the sea. Everything about the property is first-rate, with every convenience you could hope for. We spent a wonderful few days exploring the neighbouring cities and towns, and even managed a short swim in the lovely infinity pool, despite the cool weather (it was still April, to be honest). Lecce is not to be missed; a totally glorious baroque masterpiece architecturally and artistically. The food is delicious, with the local bread rolls, puccia, among the best bread I've ever eaten - so very simple and delicious with the delightfully fresh local produce and fabulous cured meats. The coastal drive up to Otranto was a highlight, despite the public holiday traffic. This port city with its lovely lungomare promenade and historic centre is a wonderful spot for lunch and strolling/exploring. We couldn't fault any aspect of the property or the neighbourhood, and would love to return one day for a longer stay, perhaps in the early autumn when the days are a bit warmer. Luciana is a perfect host and was very helpful with advice and a warm welcome. Grazie mille!
