Stayed May 5, 2018Our stay was perfect from the moment we arrived. The staff was extremely helpful in helping us get settled. The setting and layout of apt was ideal for our group of 3 couples. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked, beautiful views, lovely deck, plenty of amenities, location was awesome--walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants, everything! We had a fantastic time! Mahalo!

Stayed Mar 26, 2018This is a lovely property in a superb location. It is a very large unit, high ceilings, three very large bedrooms, and has the most well-stocked kitchen we have seen! Close to pools, right up the hill to shopping, beach access, sunset views.

We were so impressed with how every detail was thoroughly executed - from the fully equipped kitchen to the incredible art collection. There was absolutely no detail that wasn't well planned and thought out in the design of this villa. We were equally impressed with how impeccable the property is maintained....it is spotless! This is a clear winner in our books for the perfect property if you are a traveler who wants perfection! Our family will definitely request Sun Splash when we return to Maui!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We traveled with 3 kids age 14, 10 and 8 and grandma. The interior was gorgeous and outfitted with the finest cookware and furnishings. It would have been my absolute favorite all time vacation rental except that the beautiful pool which was situated on the ocean was not open to children. This was a deal breaker for us as we had to leave the property daily. The beach was nice but crowded and we ended up paying a fortune to use the pool the grand wailea...something we did not budget given he cost of this unit. The children's pool was just ok, situated way up on top of the property, with no ocean view and buildings all around. I could have swam in this pool at home. The policy would have been understandable if the no kid rule was for certain hours during the day and not all the time. Anyhow, go...it's beautiful....but don't go with kids.
