With it's Rustic Coastal style decor the open concept of the living area will give your group ample space to spread-out no matter if relaxing, entertaining or dining. With ease, you can prepare a meal in the well-stocked kitchen while chatting away to your guests seated at the breakfast bar. Two of the guest rooms have a queen-size bed with a flat-screen TV and the other guest room is fitted with two twin beds. A full-size guest bath is convenient to both rooms. The home also features an office area in case you have a little work to do while you are here.

The back offers a large dock, with additional space to sun lounge or simply sit and watch the wildlife. Do you love to fish .. then drop a line right from the dock. Rent a boat, bring your own boat, this location is ideal for boaters. Quick to points such as Charlotte Harbour, Sanibel Island and Fort Myers beach by boat. Boat lift use is by approval only. Please contact the management company for approval.
