Stayed Feb 5, 2023We had a fantastic time at this property, except for a few very noisy afternoons. The listing states there is some construction noise from time to time. The noise was so loud, you could not sit out on the deck at all. Crashing debris, large truck noises, people yelling. It is coming from The Grand Wailea, and it is directly next door to the condo. I contacted the property manager, and she was very apologetic, but there wasn’t, much she could do. She offered to contact the owner to see if we could get some refund, but I didn’t hear back. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I would not recommend staying there as long as the construction is going on next door. The condo is beautiful and the management company was outstanding. We missed out on our ocean view deck for roughly 20 hours.(4 afternoons)., which is a lot considering the premium price.
