First time VRBO user and the host made me send them a picture of my drivers license and complete a separate pdf form agreeing to terms. Then they had me text a number to get the access codes, one hour before check in time and no sooner.Property was fineWas not a great first experience using VRBO.

Very clean, beds were super comfy, nice pool!

The unit we stayed in was right next to the swimming pool (great hours 8am -10pm) , only 10-15 minutes from the beach depending on traffic. 20 minutes from the famous Lambert's , I could go on and on about everything so great . We even had pest control come by and spray with the property manager and he is a sweet gentleman that was always around . I grew up in orange beach and this felt like home .

My family of 4 stayed here for 6 days over Memorial Day Weekend. We chose this place because of the positive reviews they had about people who stayed there with kids. When we arrived, the master toilet wasn’t flushing. My husband had to reconnect the chain from the flapper to get it working. On day 2, the AC started to reset itself randomly to 78 degrees. This happened a total of 3 times. When we got back from our outings, the place would be 76 degrees and rising. But, probably the most frustrating part of the stay, was the fact that the owners decided to keep our deposit for normal wear and tear items. If you are a parent and wanting to bring kids, I would not recommend it at all as the owners aren’t very understanding that dirt, sand, small drops of strawberries or juice from having little kids are just a part of everyday life. We cleaned thoroughly before leaving and were shocked to see the text later informing us that they were keeping our deposit because there were small stains on a rug, pillows, and the bed linen. These stains were half the size of a dime or smaller. I also think our toddler popped off the shelf on the door of the refrigerator too, which they claimed was “not repairable”. These small items should’ve been covered in the cleaning fee the charged upfront. As host, they really need to be understanding that things happen and not intentionally looking for reasons to keep your money. Horrible customer service, if you ask me. I wish I had known before booking.

As always, we had another great stay! Comfortable beds, lovely patio overlooking pool. Thanks for making us not want to leave Gulf Shores! Until next year!

No. It isn’t on the beach but that is the great part of it. There is a public beach access very close and $15 to park all day. This community is quiet and clean. The pool was fantastic - big enough for multiple family groups. The full timers are friendly and helpful. This condo was bigger than we expected. We comfortably slept our family of 4. We had all we needed and walked to Walmart for what we pirchased. We would def rent this same condo again.

I would recommend Dolphin Villas to anyone! The location is perfect for a family and close to everything!

Property was clean and well maintained. It was next to several restaurants and places to shop so it was nice being close to everything. Would love to stay here again!

No problem at all. Owner very nice. Didn't get to enjoy property as much as I would have liked bc we had so much to do but it was very nice and close to everything.
