Coming from the West Coast of Florida for a short vacation with our teenage daughters this was perfect. The property was adorable and as advertised and the community provided so many distractions for everyone. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The area was very safe and well monitored. There are many state parks to visit in the area. There are lots of restaurants in the area as well. I would highly recommend people to stay here.

This place was very nice. It had plenty to cook with, was in a beautiful location, came with access to great pools and had plenty of room for our two families.

We really enjoyed our stay here, we had 3 kids with us and 5 adults, it felt very roomy and spacious, lots of fun stuff to do. Close to the pool and the lagoon. I loved that there were kayaks, snorkels, and life jackets available for the kids to use and play with. Close to John Pennekamp and also easy to get to everywhere we wanted to visit! The manager is very communicative.

Nice home, well equipped and enjoyed the use of the kayaks and golf cart. Ample kitchen for preparing and dining. Screened balcony was a nightly routine - although be aware the no-see-ums still get in! The 2 pools are very nice, with the south pool having tiki huts for sun protection. There a a few umbrellas at the north pool for shade but not as pretty. Kayaking in the lagoon was the perfect length and offered easy turn taking for our group of 4. There are also a few pool inflatables and a noodle that was well enjoyed. One of our main considerations for this home is the 3 full baths and bedrooms - a need for our group. The only downfall is the bathrooms on the main and lower lever are VERY small and awkward to utilize. There are no shelves or counter space for working toiletries and you have to end up using the closed toilet lid. The lower level toilet is fine for those with shorter legs but not comfortable for anyone near 6'. The complex is surrounding by nicer homes and close to shopping, drug and grocery stores. A short drive to several of the attractions and every restaurant we tried was really good! Would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay it was an easy check in and communication was amazing. Loved the lagoon and watching the sunrise on the jetting. The whole family loved it! Definitely would love to come back again. The only issue was the ice maker didn’t make any ice but didn’t mention to the property manager we just bought ice. Couldn’t ask for a more perfect family vacation.

We stayed here with 8 people and had a wonderful time. Everything was as described. We‘d really like to come back!

Our family stayed and comfortably slept five adults. Very clean and nice condo with the extras! Towels, beach chairs, cooler, kayaks, steps from the pool. Pool wasn’t crowded most days, lagoon was a nice swim. The property is well maintained. Enjoyed the outdoor BBQ and ocean side seating. Can’t recommend enough! Great location

Overall everything was as advertised. Great place. Plenty of room for all. Only thing to mention would be stair railing is loose which could be a safety issue with elderly or young kids.

It was s great place for families. Tons to do and you really dont have to leave. Great vacation spot.

Ample room for family of 4 plus grandparents. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the lanais, swimming in the pool, snorkeling in the lagoon, a short walk to a great place for dinner. Wish we had booked an extra night!

Such a great place. Close to everything. The property manager was available for questions any time. The only problem I had was it wasn’t long enough. We will be back

Beautiful condo in the perfect location to travel through the Keys and over to Everglades National Park. Also enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets at the jetty. Kayaked in the lagoon. Walked out the patio to the pool. Enjoyed all the local restaurants. Everything we needed was at the condo. Communications with manager was easy.

The property was very nice and the location was great for our grandson’s wedding and fit our needs perfectly.

I would recommend this property. The communication with the property owner was excellent and we loved our walks around the property especially on the jetty. We also liked the two pool options. It was a good location close to a grocery store, which we took advantage of. The large kitchen island worked well as a dining table. We were a party of 6 and it was nice that everyone had their own space and bathroom. There was one thing that we thought could also be updated and that was the smoke alarms. We did notice that there was not enough of them and the locations of the existing ones could be better.

We spent time with family and two children under 3 here and it was great. The use of the golf cart makes it handy to get around the property. The property manager was very responsive and very accommodating. The property itself was clean and had the basic items needed to store and prepare. It didn't bother us, but the two bedrooms on the upper level don't get fully dark at night due to the sheer curtains and the streetlight.

This place was truly amazing. Everything about our stay and place from top to bottom was simply stunning. The amount of activities and things to do are off the charts. The golf cart to move around from location to location was awesome as well. We recommend anyone that wants a true,clean and beautiful stay to stay here in Key Largo!!!

Beautiful house. Had everything needed for a great trip.

The villa was exactly what was advertised. Gated community with very secure entry. The layout was very user friendly and roomy for 3 couples. Diane was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We had a few repairs needed once we arrived and were handled that day. Definitely go to the point for beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We will definitely come back.

Plenty of space and great communication

We had a wonderful weekend, the jetty is a perfect sunrise spot! We saw dolphins, tropical fish, & even s stingray swimming near shore. The pool and lagoon are great swimming areas. The property itself is wonderful, a bedroom and bunks on the bottom floor, two bedrooms on the top floor, with the kitchen and living room in the middle. We made use of the kayaks and the golf cart, they are a wonderful added value to the property.
