Welcome to Dolphins Cove — your private Manasota Key beach retreat.

This spacious 3,600 sq ft, 5-bedroom, 3-bath home is designed for families and groups who want to vacation together without feeling crowded.

With two full kitchens, two living areas, two laundry rooms and multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, Dolphins Cove feels like two homes in one — ideal for multi-generational families and friends traveling together.

Outdoor Living & Entertainment

Private Pool & Hot Tub: Relax by the saltwater pool, heated seasonally from November through March, or enjoy the hot tub year-round.

Two Screened Lanais: Unwind upstairs or gather downstairs around the pool with the tiki bar, cabana, Blackstone grill and outdoor seating. Both lanais feature propane fireplaces for cooler Florida evenings.

Game Room & Yard: Enjoy pool, ping-pong, two arcade games, cornhole and bucket golf.

Sleeping Arrangements — Sleeps 14

Upstairs: King primary suite with ensuite bath, soaking tub, private balcony, smart TV and coffee/wine bar; two Queen bedrooms; Queen sleeper sofa; plus a second full bathroom.

Ground Floor: Two Queen bedrooms, a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area and a full bathroom.

Kitchens & Dining

With a full kitchen on each level, families can easily prepare everything from breakfast before the beach to a holiday dinner.

Well-Stocked Kitchens

Both kitchens include cookware, pots and pans, slow cooker, mixer/blender, toaster, pizza pans, Keurig and all-in-one coffee maker. We also provide a selection of spices, olive oil, salt, sugar and starter coffee pods to make settling in easy.

You'll even find complimentary welcome snacks such as chips, crackers and other treats — especially handy for hungry kids while the first meal is being prepared.

Beach Access

Enjoy deeded Gulf beach access approximately a 2–3 minute stroll from the home. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, a cooler and two beach wagons are provided.

As with all barrier-island beaches, shoreline width and access conditions may occasionally vary due to tides, storms and natural erosion.

The Neighborhood

Dolphins Cove is tucked into the relaxed Old Florida atmosphere of Manasota Key, close to beaches, restaurants and local shops, with Englewood, Venice and Boca Grande within easy driving distance.

Parking

Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles on the property.

Rental Agreement

A signed rental agreement acknowledging the home's safety rules and use of amenities is required prior to check-in.

House Rules & Important Information

• Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM
• No smoking, vaping, pets, parties or unauthorized events
• Maximum occupancy: 14 guests, including children
• Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM

Parking

• Maximum 4 vehicles on the property
• HOA parking restrictions are strictly enforced
• Garages are used as the game room and are not available for parking
• Smaller vehicles may park in front of the garage doors
• SUVs and larger vehicles should park tandem on the left side of the home
• No street parking

Pool & Hot Tub

• Pool heating is provided seasonally from Nov. 1–Mar. 31
• Hot tub is available year-round and typically maintained around 99–100°F
• Maximum 4 guests in the hot tub at one time
• Please rinse off sand before entering the pool or hot tub
• Children must be supervised at all times
• A signed rental agreement and safety waiver are required prior to check-in

Outdoor Equipment

• Please clean the BBQ after use
• Propane fireplaces must be turned off after use
• Children must be supervised around the grill and fireplaces

Additional Charges

• Additional charges may apply for damages, excessive cleaning, unauthorized guests or unauthorized pets
