FINCA SON MATGINET 18 - Villa with private pool in SINEU. Free WiFi

This property and host were EVERYTHING we needed! A home from home, the grounds are more extensive than expected and have a traditional feel throughout. They are impeccably clean, spacious, and incredibly pretty. You can pick fruit off the trees; the outdoor kitchen and BBQ/dining area were a huge draw, and we utilised this every night. Lots of equipment and utensils to use. We barely left the place, although we did venture out for dinner on our last evening, walking into the nearby town for a 20-minute stroll. We found the loveliest little bars and restaurants at the top of the town, where we enjoyed the best food! Thank you to Yolanda and her husband for being so thoughtful. A bottle of wine, water, and juice awaited our midnight arrival, and we received a morning delivery of delicious pastries. We will be back next year!

Amazing place and owners! Highly recommend for everyone who’s looking for a peaceful place surrendered by the nature.

We had a great time. The property was spacious, clean, rustic and charming. Excellent pool and outdoor shaded sitting area. We would recommend but the absence of air conditioning and over head fans in both downstairs bedrooms was unfortunate. This can be read in the small print but we missed this.

Muy buena estancia en Sineu. Yolanda y Gabriel fueron muy agradables y atentos. La casa fue muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para nostros (familia con 2 ninos). La localizacion es genial para descrubrir varias partes de la isla : Palma, Pollença, Valdemossa, Soller... Fue un placer !

Great location if you want somewhere quiet but is only 10 walk to Sineu for local restaurants. Beautiful outside space, hosts were great and house very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Eine romantische Finca mit schönem Garten und super Gastgebern.

As a family with 2 teens we enjoyed our stay at the property. The pool was great with lots of outdoor seating areas. Sineu is the most wonderful and quaint town. The people were warm and friendly. You could walk to the restaurants. The hosts were friendly and quick to answer our queries. It was easy to reach other areas of the island by car.

Main dealings were with the property agent leaving up to the stay who responded to queries quickly and efficiently then upon arrival were met by the owners who couldn't have been more welcoming, very friendly and helpful with showing us around the villa, how things work and offered advice on the local area. So kind to bring us Mallorcan pastries one morning. The villa was full of rustic charm but with a modern swimming pool. Ticked all the boxes for a relaxing break which was needed after being cooped up in the UK for 18 months!

Gabriel et Yolanda sont des hôtes charmants et très réactifs. Leur maison, charmante et confortable, est admirablement tenue. Ils n’hésitent jamais à nous porter assistance avec efficacité et cas de besoin, nous séjournerons de nouveau chez eux avec plaisir !!

Lovely finca. Lots of different outdoor sitting areas and lovely pool.Able to walk into Sineu a pleasant Mallorquin town .Very central to explore surrounding areas. Owners great to deal with and very hospitable.
