Farmhouse with swimming pool, Rome and Airport short distance

This was great location, it was close to the train which was a short train ride to Rome.The host Rosana was great, she was friendly and very helpful in explaining how to get where we needed to go. The suite was well appointed and clean. The beds were comfortable.Great value for the money!

The property and location are lovely. Our check in was easy and we enjoyed the house and gardens. The walk to the town and trains was okay. Our hostess, Rossana was, by far the best part of our experience. She kindly drove us places for the cost of petrol. We were less than half hour from Ciampino airport which cost 20 for a taxi. I would love to come back here but mostly to visit Rossana ;)

The host is such a lovely lady, check in and out very easy. Lovely villa and garden with pool. Convenient location easy to get a train into Rome or elsewhere. Supermarket close by and Ciampino is a lovely area with shops and restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble for the host. Would highly recommend it.

Good location. Close enough to walk to supermarket and 2 train stations. Pool was nice. Air conditioning very helpful during the summer heat. Would recommend to any groups up to 4 people.

This was to be the last leg of my sister and I's trip across Italy so we chose to stay 6 days at a house so we could relax and see Rome. Found this Farm House and pictures were lovely so we booked it. It never stated anywhere that the owner lived upstairs with the whole family. We never went past our front door area because we didn't want to intrude on the family. Its a lovely place, its a private house on a big lot and looks perfect in pictures, But who's going to swim or lounge by a pool with the owners staring down on you - I imagine no one.

The host was very accommodating. Unfortunately we were looking forward to the pool the most but it was drained and not prepared as we hoped. We are from Alberta and a short swim would of been nice. For future reference maybe the host should let visitors know that the pool will not be available. A care is definitely a must as it is a little out of the way. In general it was a good stay

Great place. Quiet and still near everything. Our hosts were amazing.

My wife and I had an excellent few days staying here. The property is well situated for travel to and from both Rome airports but especially Ciampino. Rossana the host is excellent and always available if you need her but leaves you to your privacy when you don't. Having a car (or motorbike) is really preferable as a bit off the beaten track but you don't need to drive in to Rome center to explore as you can park at nearby station and take the train. But you may well find the tranquility of the lovely garden and swimming pool too inviting to stay away from. We did. Our dog especially enjoyed exploring the olive grove and vineyard. Overall a great and versatile place to stay.

Great start to our vacation. Easy access to Rome. Hosts were so nice and accommodating.
