I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental location is excellent. Our unit (3312) needs a lot of updating.

Home was a bit out dated but our stay was wonderful. The bellman were amazing, helping us travel during our stay. Always friendly.

The PERFECT arrangement for those who wanted to beach and those who preferred the back porch. The beach was beautiful and the available chairs were an added bonus! We did all the offered events - cocktails & 1/2 price appetizers, s’mores and even kayaked - I cant begin to describe how unexpected this all was!! Thank you to everyone who made our stay so incredible!! As soon a we know schedules, we’re booking a return trip!!

Stove was very dirty and outdated. Couch cushions were very worn you sank in them causing back pain trying to sit on the couch. Wished the unit would have had Wi-Fi.

Reviewer Comments: Condo B3312A had a terrible smell, we used 1 full size and 2 travel sized Air fresheners and still smelled foul. A bit stressful if you leave the island and inclement weather sets in , you may get stranded due to the water taxi stopping.

Only pitfall was people staying on top unit was very noisy when walking around their unit. Very noisy floors. But unit itself was terrific
