The first floor has 3 bedrooms. Off to the left upon entering is the twin room in front of house and larger queen bedroom with view of the bay. in the back of home. They share a hall bathroom with dual sinks and walk in shower. The other side of house has a queen room alone and hall bathroom with tub/shower combo. Upstairs at top of steps is a 4th bedroom / office. It Has a pull out queen bed it’s used as a office. No closet. Outside that is door to master suite with bedroom and full bath with dual sinks, separate soaking tub, and shower.



Please note : This is not a party house and is located in a quiet residential area.

Please Note : Any locked closet doors are locked for privacy purposes. Forcing the door open will result in a loss of your security deposit.

2 Kayaks are provided. There are numerous restaurants and tiki bars close by. Bike into downtown or walk to Snook's Tiki Bar. Manasota Key offers tons of restaurant and beach options and is a 2 mile drive or a short hop across the bay by boat.


Our home is a place for family and friends to gather while enjoying this beautifully tranquil area.

Our neighbors ARE NOT ON VACATION..............you must be considerate of those around you at all times and seamlessly blend into the neighborhood.

If your goal is showing up and 'going crazy' DO NOT select our home. This is tough to address and we trust you understand the comment.

The Renter(s) and the Occupants listed in any booking on VRBO are the only person(s) permitted to occupy the Vacation Rental Premises. All occupants who will be occupying the premises during the entire reservation period are listed in the reservation and may not change without the Owner/Agent’s permission.

The home is not baby-proofed or child-proofed. There is one flight of stairs.
All children must be under direct adult supervision at all times.

The maximum number of occupants permitted under any reservation is 10 person(s).

Rental rates are based upon the number of the total number of guests staying overnight at the Vacation Rental Premises. If it is determined by the Owner/Agent that the number of overnight guests exceeds those listed under this agreement, renter understands that a forfeiture of the security deposit as well as additional fees may be charged to the Renter as permitted by law.

The pool is serviced once a week.

Bring your own boat or rent one for the week. You can dock against the home's seawall and take directly across to private beaches, islands, and restaurants. If you need more info on boat rentals, please let us know. Please note: Lemon Bay can experience extremely low tides, especially over the winter. We assume no responsibility for the levels of the water.
