Family Fun Villa - Very Clean

No one called to confirm our reservation and go over details which could have prevented us checking into the wrong villa. We had to shovel 2 locations (sidewalks and areas to park, snow up to my shins or higher) due to the mix up upon arrival. Our family had to pack up our belongings and move to another villa in a snow storm. Once we got settled into the villa we were supposed to be in we had issues with stink bugs and none of the tv's worked properly. When our family came back from the water park we found our cabin door wide open (we made sure it was secured and locked before we left) it took several hours to get it warmed back up from the freezing temps. The manager was aware of all the issues listed and made no effort to make things right other then offering to possibly have her son in law or housekeeper come by and take a look at our tvs (apparently they couldn't make it). I took pictures and videos as proof of the bugs and tvs not working in each room and contacted expedia after coming back to find our door open, that was our final straw.

Our Stay went through VRBO. The property we rented was very acomidating and messaging the ower upon arival went excellent with a fast response to or question. The villa was set up very nice had the basics needed for a stay, clean and everything worked as expectedand and very descriptive on what was expected from us as their guests on our stay and depature. 5 star all they way!!!

The wifi was just terrible and the tv remote's buttons were worn off so we couldn't figure out how to change the inputs/channels. Would cut in and out continuously and it was the wifi router even though we were only a few feet away. The cabin was clean however it was crazy dry and some of us woke up with bloody noses. And before we went to bed we heard a mouse in the attic trying to climb to the top but it wasn't making it. Oh and the oven took like 30 minutes to get up to temp and it was gas which was really odd. The kitchen table was also odd and not easy to clean with the planks. Wished the table was actually flat for easy cleaning. The good parts were it was close to the water park, priced.... reasonable, and everything was clean and labeled well. We could have used more toilet paper and dishwasher pods but we survived.

Good access for water park. Very clean and good communication with host on questions. Resort bar/restaurant access at resort minimal. Not much in local area for groceries or bar/ restaurants. Entry from parking not ideal for older/physically challenged-recommend some kind of railing. Overall great stay with family - great thanksgiving prime rib cooked on the Weber grill.

We rent for the first 4 days of deer season for our hunting party. Great location , works perfectly for us.

Owner easy to communicate with, clear instructions, responds quickly! Loved the lay out, bigger dining table, nice clean area around fire pit! Loved, loved the beds! Best night’s sleep in a while. Sorry it’s not available for us next year Cranfest!

This is our second stay in this cabin which is cutely decorated and contains everything we need for a comfortable stay. I love the great location an easy walk to all the activities on Jellystone.

A great location if you are visiting Fields and Meadows Hunting Preserve.

The cabin is roomy, spacious and nicely decorated. We had no reason to contact the hosts, everything was self Explanatory, or just fine.

We had a very nice stay here. It really was clean, and more cozy than most other cabins nearby. It was everything we wanted.

Good meeting spot for family coming from NorthernWisconsin, Milwaukee and Joliet, IL. Nice, clean, comfortable cabin in safe, great location.

Place is well kept and very clean. This was our 2 nd or 3 rd time here. I would recommend to all.
