Family friendly villa with optional pool gate , close to Pollensa and the beach.

Villa was great, clean and with a lovely big pool. The outside toilet, however, had been missed by the cleaners on our arrival but this was sorted quickly. The pool was a really good size, however, we were concerned that we didn’t see a pool person at all during our stay. We were assured that they came early in the morning. The water was generally ok but on occasions did appear a little murky. We were also told that pool towels were provided so did not bring any beach towels with us, however, we only had 1 pool towel and a small hand towel each so I had to request some more for bathing. This was sorted fairly quickly. The roads around the villa are quite narrow so best to have a smaller car. Location was fine, but a car was needed to get around. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Great pool, large and deep. Peaceful location. Great kitchen and well equipped. Pool was a little green at first but was sorted quickly. Also one of the air conditioning units leaked. The ensuite does not have a door between the bedroom and bathroom - ok for us but some may prefer more privacy.

In a beautiful, quiet and scenic rural location. Villa very well appointed. Has everything you will need. Efficient quiet air conditioning. The villa is set in large, well maintained garden. Pool surprisingly large and deep. Multiple different spots around villa to sit, to eat, and to relax, catching the sun or shade throughout day. Host responded very quickly and efficiently to the very few queries / requests that we had. Would definitely return if possible.

We were lucky enough to spend 9 days in this wonderful villa, it is absolutely beautiful. It is set in a very quiet location but within 5-10 mins drive of Pollenca town or port. The plot is huge so neighbours are far enough away not to be intrusive. The pool is also massive with a proper deep end which was great for diving. The villa itself is a lovely blend of traditional and modern with lovely modern kitchens and bathrooms (including an en suite). The kitchen was incredibly well equipped, probably better than ours at home! Francisca was a great host and provided all the information we needed in advance. We loved the outside bathroom and shower as well. One minor issue with the pool lights was resolved quickly and we were kept informed throughout. I would thoroughly recommend this place for a vacation in Pollensa, although I'd say it's probably not suitable for elderly or disabled guests as there is a big step down into the pool, and a couple of smaller steps within the property.

Everything perfect, only the WiFi didnt work

We enjoyed a week with our two children aged 3 and 6 in this nice house with its lovely garden and swimmingpool. Quiet location in a rural area, so you really need to have a car. There was a problem with the water preassure and the dishwasher on the first night, but this was quickly attented to and fixed on the following day. Recommended for a family stay, perfect with a fenced garden where the children can roam free.

Great pool, lovely outlook from kitchen / dining to the outdoors and pool. Gave a 4 rating because of AC. We slept with AC on first night and discovered all the AC inverters were situated directly outside behind main bedroom wall and they made noise all night! Not a problem if you’re a good sleeper.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The pool was a great size and depth for my 1 and 4 year old daughters to play in. We would definitely consider returning for another stay in the future.

We spent a week in this lovely villa, which is very handy for both Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The villa is well equipped and the layout is perfect, with patio doors opening directly onto the pool area...which was beautiful. The infinity pool was great, perfect for all ages and extremely clean. Dappled shade provided by a lovely tree. Plenty of areas to sit in the garden and the barbecue was the best we have used - and was in the shade by tea time! The outdoor bathroom proved extremely useful. 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes of the villa. Only slight negatives were the lack of welcome pack on arrival, a bottle of water would have been welcome after our journey and also the wardrobes in bedroom 1 seemed very musty and we chose not to hang our clothes in there. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and will maybe return ourselves! Thank you very much.
