Family Friendly Luxury Themed Villa: Pool, Scavenger Hunt, & Arcade!

My family had a great week long stay. The Toy Story theme was a big hit with the kids. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to prepare meals. Pots, pans, utensils, and appliances. You name it, it was there. There is plenty of space to spread out with the upstairs sitting area. The pool was great and refreshing after a long hot day at Disney. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Overhaul we enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again in the future.

We stayed at this Luxury Themed Villa and overall would rate it 3 out of 5 stars. When we first arrived, the house was unfortunately not clean, and we had to contact the owners right away. To their credit, they responded and sent a cleaner, but it did require us to leave the property for a good portion of our first day, which was frustrating after traveling. They did agree to reimburse the cleaning fee, which we appreciate.The home itself is nice and has a good layout for groups, but it’s definitely more worn than the listing photos suggest. It looks like the photos may have been taken when the property was first listed, as there is noticeable scuffing, gouges, holes, and general wear throughout.That said, once everything was cleaned, we were able to settle in and ended up having a good time with our friends. We made the most of the situation and enjoyed our stay.With some better upkeep and more accurate photos, this could be a great place to stay.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this home, which was not only spacious and well-furnished but also came with a fully equipped kitchen. The home looked great in the online pictures, but it exceeded our expectations. The host was very responsive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this beautiful vacation home.

Our stay at Ahoy Story was nothing short of wonderful. We arrived a little earlier than check in time and were able to enjoy the resort amenities while we waited. Late the first night we realized the fridge wasn’t in good shape, the host immediately responded and ended up needing a replacement which was completed the very next day before we returned from our adventures. We were close to shopping, Disney Parks, food, and entertainment. The house was everything you see in the pictures and more. The kids loved the Toy Story theme. It had more than enough space for our large family to come from multiple states and be together. The kids and adults alike enjoyed the arcade room. We also enjoyed the scavenger hunt set up by the host that led to us exploring all over the house hunting for the clues. Multiple TVs around the house allowed the kiddos to have their own space to watch TV while the adults could also watch TV. The large kitchen area allowed for enough room for everyone to eat as a family. Trash was picked up daily by the community. Overall, our star was exactly as advertised - a perfect 5 STARS!! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best and would definitely stay again in the future!

This house was beautiful. Close to the resort that was free (pool, kiddie splash, lazy river). The game room was cool. The rooms decorated really cute. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, basically everything you need to cook even a crock pot. Our host was very nice and answered back quickly. The scavenger hunt in the house was a nice added touch. We had no problems what so ever. We would definitely rent this house again. We had a blast!!!

We have stayed in several houses in the Orlando area and this one has by far been our favorite!! The kids LOVED the themed bedrooms, game room, scavenger hunt, and pool. The house was clean and the hosts were amazing. We can’t wait to come back.

Rachel was truly an amazing host, always quick to respond to my many questions about locked pool fences and baby equipment, availability of beach towels, etc. She even sent a link to their guidebook, which included nearby restaurants and grocery stores, as well as information about the house. We loved arriving to a spotless home, already staged for dinner, with adorable themed rooms and a warm, cozy decor. We had plenty of room to relax for 10 adults and 4 toddlers, everyone enjoying both the living room downstairs and a huge loft upstairs. Starter supplies were much appreciated ( including for the dishwasher and laundry, a first for any VRBO we’ve stayed in!) and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The location was perfect for us, only 15-30 minutes from the Disney Parks, and on our “ off Disney days” everyone enjoyed both the private pool and hot tub at the house, and the lazy river, pool, and restaurant at the clubhouse just a 5 minute walk from the house. Thanks so much Rachel for this 5 star experience! We’ll be recommending your place to all our friends and definitely want to make a return visit!

Rachel was amazing to work with, we had a couple minor problems and they were solved quickly. Cleanest house we have ever stayed in. Great starter supplies with some extras. Nice outside area, clean private pool. Easy 3ish minute walk to clubhouse/community pool. Room for 4 cars if you use garage. 15-30 minutes to Disney parks. Would definitely stay again.
