FALL SPECIAL ~ Family Friendly w/ Ocean Views in Tropical Paradise

Property was great. Spacious, comfortable and quiet. The patio doors did not work properly but were functional. The parking was poor. We have a full size SUV and were assigned a spot for compact vehicles. Made it extremely difficult to pull in and out.

Will absolutely go again. Sherry was so nice to help us and the place was wonderful. Everything you would need was there. Even the little things like items for the kids

The villa sits on oceanfront and has chairs and towels to make getting to the beach easy. The communication with Sherry, the property manager, was excellent. She was very thorough and attentive to any of our needs. Ko’Olina is very clean with pristine beaches, bathrooms, sidewalks, etc. the ocean is safe for children as there are no waves. The villa was well equipped and very clean. We kept the doors open to the lanai everyday to soak up the view and breeze.

Beautiful property, exactly as pictured. It was a clean, quiet space with easy access to a beautiful beach. Definitely worth the money for the space and convenience. Highly recommend!

Our family of 5 had an awesome time here! Everything was comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. Top of the line appliances were so nice. We loved how the slider doors opened up all the way as it was a true indoor/outdoor feel. And the amenities on property were great. We traveled to many beaches around the island and never found one that was as relaxing as the lagoon right there at the resort.

Great property. Convenient to a lot of attractions. Within 45 mins of many great sites. Walked the local restaurants and swam at the property's lagoon. Our family really enjoyed every aspect of it.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Beach Villas! This host had a closet full of pool and beach toys including a wagon to transport everything to the beach/pool. The condo was very quiet. This is an end unit so there aren't neighbors on one side, which was really nice. There is a super short walk from the parking spot to the elevator and from the elevator to the condo, which is nice when transporting luggage. The host was very responsive to questions/concerns. We would definitely stay here again!

We had two issues with appliances, but Cherie was on it immediately, and they were resolved within 24 hours. The communication with Cherie, along with her instructions and tourist tips enhanced our stay. You can absolutely trust that she will take care of you and be very responsive. We also enjoyed the short walk to one of the lagoons to swim. In short, our lodging was great but let me comment on Ko Olina ....Be advised that the Ko Olina area is mostly a resort area. If you visit the Aulani, the Marriott (Beach Villa neighbors with each having 10 minute walk), or the Four Seasons you will have valet parking, dining, shopping, spa facilities, and events (i.e. luau). All have great pools and relaxation areas. The only food at the Beach Villas are hot dogs, chips and the like served at the bar by the pools. That is a great service when one needs a bite hanging by the pools, but there is no other food at the Beach Villas without a drive or walk. Other than the resorts, the only food in Ko Olina is at a modest strip mall type center which is anchored by Monkeypod restaurant. There is also a Mex restaurant where I purchased a 21 burrito to go. Yep, pricey and you have to pay to park anywhere in the center. We mostly drove to Kapolei to dine and shop for food.In conclusion, if Ko Olina remains your choice and the pricey resort services are unimportant, I recommend the Beach Villas highly.

My absolute favorite property to stay in Oahu. Superbly appointment space and so quiet and comfortable. Check in process was great and I felt very spoiled. The bonus of no resort or parking fees makes this more reasonable than you think.

Great unit and location, the host was very helpful.

Our entire experience from booking, to check in, check out and everything in between was amazing. After booking, as the trip neared, we received a guidebook that helped us prepare and gave great info. Check in was smooth and felt so personalized with Cherie giving us a tour around the unit. The unit itself is well-stocked with everything you need to go to the beach or lagoon. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen in a rental unit that I’ve experienced, that was really nice! Any time we had questions, the property manager and everyone on site was extremely helpful and welcoming. Our family enjoyed the bar on-site (virgin drinks too!) and we had fun renting a paddleboard at the lagoon. You really can’t go wrong staying here - next time we come to Oahu, we will be staying here.

Great location! Steps away from lagoon 2 and walking distance to restaurants and convenient store. Very clean and well equipped unit with everything we needed to enjoy the day at the beach!

Great villa with partial ocean view! It’s beautiful and anything you could imagine needing for a relaxing vacation is provided. Cherie was so helpful and check in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend. Hope to visit again!

Even though the end of our stay was spring break for a lot of mainland, the pools and lagoon were not crowded. This condo is second floor, short walk to the pool from the elevator and then through the beautiful pool area to the lagoon is an easy walk. This resort is well designed with elevators for different areas so we never had to wait in line for an elevator and only once had to even share a ride with others.I have some mobility issues so opening the doors to the lanai often required assistance as they are quite heavy. The condo is very well stocked. We cooked and did laundry there. I loved the super deep bathtub. At 5'10 it's rare for me to enjoy a bath but the tub is long and tall with a tall faucet that's easy to lie back under to wash your hair. This was a blessing for me as standing to shower is a physical struggle (however it would be challenging to get in and out of for a lot of folx). And I would never dream of filling that tub as it would use far too much water.The master bed was very comfortable. The decorations lovely. Everything in the condo was in good condition and clean.The back of the condo does back to the road which can be a little noisy especially from the lanai but didn't interfere with our enjoying it and would definitely return.Having someone to greet you and show you around the property and condo was very nice.

Our family LOVED our stay in Kolina! The town was beautiful, at its center were fun shops and restaurants. The property was away from Waikiki's hustle and bustle, but its central location made for easy and enjoyable trips all around the island. The property was perfect for families, its proximity to the beach lagoon and pool allowed us to spend the day playing from one to another and still pop back to the condo for a quick lunch or nap. This condo was so well stocked having anything to cook dinner, BBQ at the pool, and any pool/beach essentials possibly needed. Traveling and using vrbos frequently, this was by far the most family-friendly space we had the pleasure of renting. The only area where we would suggest improvement was the check-in process. Like most people visiting the island after a 6 hour flight and all that entails with kiddos an hour-plus walk around the property and extensive how-to around the condo (including how to turn on the TV and light switches) was a bit too much. I can see the importance of some of the information covered and the staff was more than helpful and very friendly but if that intro could be condensed and shortened. I think that would be helpful. We loved our vacation to Hawaii and this property was a big part of that!

Very nice villa and great lagoon, running path, beach gear. Awesome kitchen. Only small unknown was that the place is in a HUGE 290 unit tower resort. We didnt expect that. But overall very relaxig and pleasant.
