Warm salt water infinity pool.Clean, comfortable condo with plenty of space. Well stocked with cooking utensils and anything you need for your stay. Comfortable King Size bed in the Master. Michelle the property manager is extremely helpful and kind. Our first time at this condo but definitely not our last.

The gated community and the comfort and style of the condo were just perfect. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with necessities and there were also beach chairs, toys and towels in the closet for our use. Excellent experience over all.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa had everything we needed from cooking to going to the beach. Work desk area and secured WiFi worked perfectly. We walked to the restaurants located close by at the King Shops daily and to also grab some amazing kona coffee. Michelle at Kohala Coast Properties was so helpful through our entire stay and we will definitely book with her again.

Stayed Feb 18, 2024The condo is bright and clean. The kitchen isn’t super well equipped with much than pots and pans. No blender or extra appliances. But it’s quiet, has a nice view, and equipped with plenty of beach chairs. The pool area is small and gets crowded, not enough seats for the amount of people, but it’s a nice area. Close to golf and shopping.

Although you need to drive to the beaches, the golfing is very reasonable particularly with the discount associated with this unit. The location of the Fairway Villas is very convenient and we used the pool a lot. My only critisim is the noise you can hear between floors which you get with all the units. J21 was more upgraded than the others our friends were staying in.

Stayed Aug 11, 2023We loved this property, and look forward to returning someday. It's away from the big cities, in a quiet peaceful area which is what we wanted. There are is a lot of shopping and services nearby, but it doesn't feel busy. The discount pricing at the Waikoloa golf course was great. The unit was well maintained and had a great view over looking the course.
