Fabulous Vacation Villa with Pool and Spa, minutes from Disney World!!!

We have stayed at this complex for the last 6 years and this house was one of the best. It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed for meals. The pool area was perfect, the kids were in the water every chance they had! We had 8 people and never felt crowded. Communication with the host and quick response to a couple of questions was immediate and top notch. We will definitely book this house again for future visits.

Jayne went above and beyond for us. The home was very clean, and we truly had a wonderful stay! We really appreciated all of the amenities, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals comfortably. The pool and game room were a huge hit with the kids and made our trip even more enjoyable. We’re grateful for such a great experience and would happily stay again!

Great house in a great community.

Five star stay for families attending competitions. We traveled for a National Cheer Competition in February. The house worked well for 3 families with 3 large rooms for adults and 2 rooms for kids. You get plenty of shared spaces and true privacy in the bedrooms. All amenities worked exactly as described.Traffic was not an issue. The location made getting to Disney World and ESPN Wide World of Sports easy and predictable.The gated community was simple to enter and exit and added peace of mind. The clubhouse staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were reasonably priced and service was fast.The owner was responsive and helpful and had everything we needed for the stay.The only minor drawback was needing to stagger showers after we ran out of hot water the first morning. After that, everything was perfect.Highly recommend for a relaxing stay off site from Disney.

As a family of 5 We had a wonderful stay in this lovely villa over the Christmas period . The host Jayne was very accommodating and added a few special touches that made our stay even better. Communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. The villa has all you could need and some! The pool area is lovely and we especially enjoyed evenings in the spa after a busy day at the parks. Windsor Palms resort is in a great location for the Disney parks with Animal Kingdom being only a few minutes away via the ‘secret’ back entrance! We would throughly recommend this villa as an excellent place to stay and would like to thank Jayne for being such a good host.

The house is so much better than staying in a hotel. The rooms were spacious and each had their own tv. The house was clean and well stocked. The Pool was clean we really enjoyed it. The house is a great location to the parks and there is a Walmart 10 minute drive away . Would definitely recommend

Great location! Gated community for safety. The clubhouse and their theater room was nice on a rainy afternoon. Walmart is close by for groceries. If I needed anything our host was a text message away and responded quickly. My family would stay here again.

Excellent property. Honestly, the listing photos do not do it justice. So much space. Great location for Disney, and everything you need is here. The gated community was the cherry on the top for feeling safe and security. Highly recommend.

Check-in was very smooth, and the host communicated well. The kitchen is fully stocked, it had everything we needed. This house was great for our family and had plenty of room for everyone. Location is really good too with an easy drive to the theme parks.

I was very happy with my family and I staying there. The host was very respectful ann reached out to me to make sure everything was okay. The stay was very clean , and my family enjoyed it so much. Definitely giving a five star review.

Pool very clean good location game room in garage nicely done and appreciated accommodated our family very well. Thank you Dryer was a big problem drying very slowly multiple cycles needed to dry towels

Everything was great!

We stayed here the last week in February 2025 while we visited Universal Studios. The home is lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. The Pool/Hot Tub was enjoyed by all. We purchased the Pool heat from the host which worked out really well. We also rented a Grill from the Book Disney Homes which was 140 for the week. Very pricey for the small grill they supply which I sure was purchased for less that 300. I 'm thinking I should go into the Rent A Grill business. The profit margins look real good ;).The host Jayne was great, very responsive to any questions we had keeps a very nice home. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning on our next trip to Orlando.

Our stay was a clean and comfortable one. We had a total of 9 people with beds to spare! Beautiful home with all the furnishings you could need. Super clean! Everyone had plenty of space for peace and the teens enjoyed the game room during down time from the parks. Which speaking of, was quite close! Quick drives to Disney Parks was great! Check in to the house was easy and the gate attendants were super friendly. Almost wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities this property had to offer! Would definitely recommend!

Great location, clean, quiet, and perfect for our family of 4 adults, 2 teens, and a 9 year old. Check in was seamless, and entry/exit easy. Plenty of utensils and tableware and everything operated as expected. The owner was an excellent host offering great advice and helpful suggestions.Will definitely stay again.

A great fit for a family vacation. Enough bedrooms and baths to accommodate six for a visit to theme parks.

This rental is close to everything you will need and just an 18 minute drive from Disney's Magic kingdom! It has an amazing pool and is very spacious. The owners are easy to communicate with and are very helpful.

Everything about this booking was wonderful, from the online booking (so easy), to the host (very accommodating) to the neighborhood, pool , location to the main strip (10 min). House was beautiful, clean, organized, well equipped, modern. Would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a quiet stay. S.Kraan
