FABULOUS DESIGNER VILLA, OWN POOL AND GARDENS, AMAZING VIEWS OVER TAVIRA TO SEA

Peaceful and quiet in rural location yet convenient to all necessary amenities. Pool and house had everything you needed for a self catering holiday. Tavira was a short drive away. The host Dina was very helpful and always available to answer any queries. We would consider booking this property again.

A lovely villa in a beautiful tranquil location. The pool and gardens are lush. Will definitely return.

A lovely Villa located in a picturesque valley just outside Taveria giving you lovely views over the countryside.The garden had an array of Fig, Orange and Pomegranate trees which we took advantage of for freshly squeezed orange juice in the mornings.The villa has all the facilities you need for a relaxing break and a pool to cool you down from the afternoon heat.We found Tavira perfect for bars and restaurants and the beach (via the ferry),which was only a 10 minute drive away using the back road where plenty of parking was also available.

The property is only 7 minutes from old Tavira and is very private on the hills. It has everything you need including a BBQ. We loved having breakfast by the pool and enjoy the beautiful and relaxing views. Dina the host is great and so easy to communicate with.

We had a super week in this lovely tranquil villa within easy reach of Tavira, Dina our host was very welcoming and can thoroughly recommend a stay in this beautiful location.

Perfection location. Peaceful and quiet but with easy, quick access to Tavira. Everything we needed at the villa to relax and recharge our batteries. The villa is very comfortable with lovely outdoor space and a nice pool. Dina was amazingly kind and helpful and responded quickly when we needed advice and patient when we locked ourselves out of the villa!! We have had a wonderful holiday. We very much hope to visit again next year.

Have have just spent a wonderful week in Villa Rosa. The location was perfect. Close to Tavira, yet set in a beautiful, quiet, peaceful and private location. The villa had everything we could possibly need. Plenty of outside space to sit in the sun or shade and the sunbeds were so comfortable. The views were lovely and the sunrise and sunsets were spectacular! We used Uber, but we tended to walk a lot of the time. There are some fabulous trails straight from the doorstep. Camnho Vale Formoso is on All Trails. We saw eagles, storks, vultures, kites, Sparrow Hawk, a Little Owl, Jays to name but a few. We also walked to Tavira following the lovely river and got an Uber back. Despite the walk being mostly on the road, it was straightforward and we were in Tavira in about half an hour. Most would benefit from a car, however, we like to walk and enjoy a nice meal and a bottle of wine in the evening, therefore we loved having the quiet space of the villa but being close enough to enjoy Tavira too. The ferry to Tavira Island was cheap and so worth it. The beach is lovely there with some great restaurants. We have absolutely loved our stay. Dina is the perfect host. Great communication and she was so helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. We can’t recommend this villa enough. Thank you Dina.

Had a lovely couple of weeks in this stunning location, the villa was very well equipped and comfortable. Dina was very welcoming and we would definitely think of staying again.

The hosts were lovely, spoke Engish well and were extremely accommodating. The villa was rustic and traditional. It had everything we needed though. The linens were clean, the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. We would’ve liked softer beds and a little more luxury in the pillows, villa amenities, but we understand at this price point and countryside location, this is what you get. The furniture, both indoors and outdoors, along with kitchen equipment, outdoor cooking/eating area, lounge chairs, could all stand an update. The pool was nice, just the right size for two of us. The gardens were wild and lovely, I continue to fight the urge to do weeding, tidying up, cutting back, etc. As a gardener myself can appreciate the amount of work that goes into keeping up with it. The orchard that’s attached provided beautiful fresh citrus, and figs. It’s definitely off the beaten path, and very quiet. You absolutely need a car, which we had. Use the coordinates to get to it instead of directions, as Google and Apple apps had a tough time getting it right.

The villa is well situated in the hills above Tavira in a peaceful location and within easy reach of many restaurants. It is well equipped and we were very happy with our stay.
