Stayed Feb 23, 2018We had a wonderful experience staying here....Anders and Ray were there for anything we needed or any questions we had. House is only a few feet from water, couldn't ask for anything better. Bring bug spray for when you are out in the sand, visiting beaches, we learned the hard way with sand flea bites....otherwise we had a great vacation!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was our third trip to Exuma and each time seems to get better. Anders house was everything we were looking for. Had everything we needed and the outdoor space was perfect. Get your fresh catch or lobster to grill out next to the water. The house had everything we needed and was plenty big enough for all five of us. So glad people like Anders allow us to share his home with us. Can't wait for the next trip. Joe

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My family and I spent 11 wonderful days here. We had a wonderful time, the house was perfect for us! My boys 14 and 7 both enjoyed being able to walk out the front door and snorkel with the little fish around the dock. The seclusion of the house is absolutely amazing, we are still amazed that such a beautiful place is not overrun with tourists. The house had plenty of room for the 4 of us with room to spare. The kitchen is nicely equipped and the waterfront grill was great for cooking fresh fish. It's not far to Georgetown and the markets making it easy to get what you need. The hummingbirds and bananaquits are a treat to watch and the lizards and tree frogs provided us with some good entertainment as well. My 14 year old and I enjoyed paddling around in the kayak and exploring the closest cays. While my husband and I enjoyed sitting in the cabana in the evening drinking a cold kalik. We hope to return as this was one of the best vacations for relaxing and being together as a family. Thanks so much For the use of your beautiful home, I really can't say enough to describe how much we enjoyed it.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We recently returned from a week at this home in Exuma. It was way too short of a time for this place. We loved every minute of it. The caretaker,Ray, was great and helped when needed and left us alone otherwise. The location is ideal for those who want a quiet spot on the flats side of the island. The Kayak was great for splash and paddle days on the water. The house is roomy and well maintained with all that you need to cook and an excellent music collection heavy on the R and B and blues. I spent the week with my wife and adult daughter and we all want to come back soon. Anders was great to work with front side getting things arranged for our stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My family just returned from a picture perfect 2 weeks at this home in Exuma. It was very clean, comfortable, and private, with breathtaking views all around. The location was perfect. Not far from the airport, close to Georgetown, restaurants, market, etc., and not far from beautiful Little Exuma and its beaches. The caretaker Ray, was also very helpful and informative. He aided us in renting a boat, and was always available for any questions we might have. We have rented numerous homes through Homeaway and VRBO, & I can easily say this was one of the most positive experiences we've ever had in regards to the people we dealt with. I would highly reccomend this home & its owners to anyone looking to escape to the paradise of Great Exuma! I know we'll be back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Spent a couple of weeks on Exuma Island, had such an incredible time and loved this villa, a true little slice of Heaven! A really beautiful home at waters edge, with amazing views, incredible dock, swimming, water fun, and the most relaxing spot I ever visited. The house was fully equipped, everything worked as it should and it was very comfortable. Large kitchen, large living area, and large bedrooms. Really enjoyed the huge private dock with steps down to the white sand turquoise waters, beautifully finished with barbecue grill and furniture to relax and eat while enjoying the beautiful view and breezes. Used the 2 man-kayak to explore the uninhabited cays not far from the house, amazing sandy beaches! It was also only 8 minutes drive to Georgetown with restaurants, stores and all activities you could want. One of my most favourite places in the world , sitting on the deck, looking out onto some of the bluest waters you'll see in your life….Highly recommended!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My wife and I along with our 2 daughters and son in law just returned after 2 great weeks on Great Exuma staying on the lee side of the island This side of the island is very quiet and protected from the winds providing a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy the day in the Sea in front of the house, or as we often did venturing out accross Exuma to explore its many treasured beaches. The home was a great fit for our group with room to spare. It had all the modern convieniences you require, from air conditioning to washer and dryer to a nice outdoor barbecue for those evenings you would like to stay home. Home was spotless upon our arrival and the house keeper Janiece was always helpful and looked after any needs or questions we had. The property is less than a 10 minute drive to Georgetown and having a rental car is a must to truly enjoy and explore the island. The grounds are very well kept with a variety of topical plants and trees to provide a lush green enviroment. We made good use tof the kayak and been on the lee side of the island wind was never a problem on the water. There was great swimmining right off the padio with a crystal clear sand bottom. From the master bedroom which is upstairs, you wake up in the morning to the gentle sound of the sea and from bed overlook the flats that extend for miles through the padio doors and the georgeous turquoise waters. In the evening we would sit on the patio by the water and watch natures magic as the sun extinquished it self in the western sea. around 8:00 in the evening we would head into town and visit whichever resturant was featuring entertainment that night. Pretty much every evening one of the resturants or bars would have live entertainment to enjoy. The kids had a great time taking an adventure tour one day to swim with the sharks and see the famous underwater caves made popular in the jsmes bond movies. We rented a boat from Minns for a few days to eplore the beaches of stocking island and we all really enjoyed the snorkling on the many reefs around stocking Island. My daughter and I even tried some fishing of those reefs and had a blast catching a number of diffrent types of reef fish. I treated myself to a guided bonefishing trip for Dads day out had a great day hooking up several and landing a few on the flyrod. What a great experience. Overall I'd rate the rate our trip a very solid 9 out of 10. What would have made it a 10/10 well thats easy , another week on island tim
