Exquisite villa, Majestic Views, Ideal for Families, Friends & Reunions

Best vacation stay ever.Jorge, Luisa and Sandra were amazing, their attention to all of our 12 family members and friends was very much appreciated.The property was beautiful in every respect and we can't say enough about our entire stay and we all would come back in a heartbeat.

The place is beautiful - even better than the photos. I also can't say enough amazing things about the staff who helped make our stay incredible.

We celebrated both a 50th wedding anniversary and an engagement during our stay and it was the perfect home for it. I can't say enough about the staff. They were impressive and helped us work through a few planning snafus. We had 13 people and were plenty comfortable. We will likely return.

Rolf has an incredible villa that has incredible attention to detail. The pictures of the pool deck overlooking the ocean don’t do the view justice. You can literally Humpback whale watch. The only thing on the wish list would be installation of a jacuzzi as it gets quite cold after sundown in the peak winter months.Alexa was an incredible concierge and the cooking and housekeeping staff were fantastic. Of the seven bedrooms, 6 are amazing (7th is fine but the view is not quite as spectacular as the others). We asked for additional keys (a previous review said only one was provided) and were able to get those without issue. It’s a very easy Uber from and to Zona Romantico. You should absolutely book this.

Over a dozen 60 something’s had one of the best vacations at this beautiful home. The views were spectacular as were the sunsets we enjoyed floating in the pool. It was so pretty and so relaxing. The staff was amazing.They were friendly, accommodating and made us feel at home. The breakfasts were awesome… we all miss the French toast, fresh fruit and juice and frijoles! Our chef dinners were also excellent. Cocktails weren’t bad either. Overall we would highly recommend this property for large family or friend gatherings - it has the space for being together and privacy if anyone needs a break. The location is great, easy taxi ride into town and walkable if hills don’t scare you. We had a truly memorable vacation - We would definitely go back. Thanks!

We had an incredible time at this villa. It is breathtaking in person and the experience for a large group of 12 ladies was seamless. Much thanks to Sandra and Derek who were absolute gems and gave us the best experience. Derek helped organize on site massages, a private boat trip and a private chef. We were a group of Muslim women who were looking for privacy and all female staff and chefs and everyone was able to accomodate us, even though I'm sure it wasn't what they're normally accustomed to. We had an absolute blast and can't recommend this villa enough.

The house was beautiful, especially the pool, and accurate to the description. Everyone on the staff was very nice and accommodating. The location is perfect, great view, walking distance (steep but doable) to town and the beach, accessible by uber and cabs, and felt very safe. Minor complaints are that we only had one key (for a group of 13), and the wifi was not very spotty, and could only be used if we were right near the mode/router.

We came with a group of 12 friends to celebrate a birthday. Derek, the concierge, was great even before we arrived! He set up a call with us to make sure we had what we needed at the house and took great care of us as well! The ladies who cooked us breakfast and lunch every day were incredible - always ask for the fresh made quesadillas! The house and the views were stunning. The house provided a relaxing experience. We did not have a care in the world. We would definitely stay here again!

Truly terrific! Great staff and terrific location! Pool: Both awesome! One is cold and one is warmed by sun. Bedrooms: Great working A/C, firm mattresses, great closet spaces. Common areas: No A/C in any hallways, living room or kitchen. Clean and spacious. No access to wine cellar. Lots of stairs. Overhead lighting electrical is pretty spotty, lots of switches that do nothing. Security: The neighborhood is protected by a man seated by the main entrance, nice guy. You feel very safe in P.V in general, but this house is in a very safe part of town. Transportation: Uber is ample and cheap. Very steep and aggressive road going up to house. Beware it’s not walkable. It is a great value and can accommodate so many people. It truly was a terrific space to host a bachelor party for 14 people for 5 nights in August.

The overall property was stunning, all the doors open up on almost all the bedrooms (6/8) and the living room space opened up too, to the most beautiful view of the ocean. Dinner time with the chef was our favorite, because it was always at sunset, with the most delicious meals. This was a very special trip, and they even had sunscreen and bug spray out for everyone to use. Planning and prepping was made very easy with Derek, and the house staff Sandra and Louise were so kind and helpful. They even made breakfast and lunch for us all. One thing I want to suggest is a reminder to close ALL doors/windows right after the sun sets, because the bugs all come out (flying beetles) :)
