EXQUISITE GRAND POOL 4/4 VILLA HALF MILE TO BEACH

This home was just perfect for our stay. We stayed 2 nights prior to a family cruise. There was 12 of us. Me, my husband, our 3 grown children, their spouses and 4 grand kids. There were plenty of beds for everyone. The open floor plan made it so we could all hang out together. The pool was awesome. If we are ever back in Fort Lauderdale area, we would definitely book this again.

This property worked well for our needs. We had enough room for all of us to stay comfortably. We had plenty of towels so that wasn’t an issue. The owner is very responsive to texts/calls and came out to the property personally to address some issues with a drain and random minor issues with appliances. Hopefully, they replace the refrigerator because the freezer doesn’t work and some of our frozen items got ruined. The pool is not heated but the kids didn’t mind. We had some special guest visitors - iguanas, pretty common in florida. The owner came out the next day to treat the pool in case of contamination.Overall, the location was perfect for us being walking distance from the beach and close to everything. The neighborhood was quiet other than the traffic on the main road, but it didn’t bother us.

This is the house you wanna stay in for your entire trip!!!! We love Emilie! She’s amazing!!! Super accommodating and kind. We had a very bad experience before her and she went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect!!! The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated. We were able to eat in a couple of nights because the kitchen has everything you need to make a very nice meal. The beds were super comfy! Close to the beach and wonderful restaurants. Highly recommend!!!!

We had a bachelor party here and the house was awesome. Super close to a bunch of cool spots and the beach. Super close to the airport. The property manager was awesome. The house fit 11 guys comfortably and had a cool layout with an open middle space. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay at a nice house in Hollywood.

Emilie was a kind host who was gracious enough to share her home with us! We had 10 people in our party and felt there were plenty of bedrooms/beds, bathrooms, indoor and outdoor seating areas and a large kitchen to gather! This home was a 5 minute drive to the beach and/or a 15 minute walk on large sidewalks/walkways to the beach! Grocery nearby was also helpful. In addition to our time spent at the beach and the pool, we were also close enough to experience an Airboat tour at Everglades Hollywood Park, rented multiple person bikes to ride along the beach, and explored the mangroves at Anne Kolb Nature Center. Lots of eateries, surf shops and cocktail establishments along the beach and in town. While parts of the home may be under remodeling, it did not affect our trip at all. It will just be that much better for the next guest! Would highly recommend this VRBO vacation home!

Spacious house that slept 10 comfortably. Not a five-star resort but good enough since you probably won't be spending your trip inside the house.

Great place for a group of people. Nice and close to the beach and close to shopping areas and golf courses. Home itself was clean and slept everyone comfortably

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean and well stocked of all the essentials.

Hello - this property was pretty dirty, the sheets in every room were stained with sweat or other things, it was pretty disgusting! There was 1 hairdryer amongst the entire house and no soap for us to use unless we went and bought our own. There was shampoo but no soap. Towels were scarce as was toliet paper. If a bunch of frat guys or girls on a bachelorette party are in need of a house it is fine, but not for executive rental.
