Stayed Mar 13, 2025This place worked out really well for us. The screened in patio/pool area was a great place to hang out. Comfortable house - it was the perfect place for my team to have our own space and still be able to easily collaborate during the day.

Stayed Dec 21, 2024Traveled to Florida for family holiday vacation. 9 of us total, great place to stay. Near the ocean, great neighborhood and centrally located. Easy travel to Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and surrounding areas. Would stay here again.

Stayed Nov 21, 2024Overall the house it nice. The layout is unique because you can tell it is an older gome thats been remodeled and renovated. All appliances are updated. The # of beds/bedrooms and bathrooms are good. The living area is nice. Parking is awkward only because we had 3 vehicles (pickup truck, suv and a van) these size vehicle swallowed the backyard and back-in parking was rough. Also the backyard is very dark and while there's flood lights installed, there must be a shortage in the fixture because it didn't consistently stay working, even though the property manager had someone come out to fix it. Some sections of the screened in pool was torn and the game room while nice is dated. We had teenagers that wanted xbox or Playstation access but there's retro arcade games and while those are nostalgic and cool to me and my husband (as 1979 kids) it wasn't fun for ours teenagers, but the pool made up for it.

Stayed Aug 7, 2024The house was as described, very clean, and check in was very easy. We had one small problem while we were there, and the property managers fixed it immediately. Some little touches would go a long way (hooks to hang towels on in the bathroom, dish drying rack, extra washcloths), but overall great place!

Stayed Feb 15, 2024This place is great for large family, we had 10 people staying in this house and it worked out ok. It is pretty basic furniture and some of it seemed broken. The bathrooms are somewhat small, but sufficient. They did a good job of having bar soaps, shampoo, toothbrushes and toothpaste. While there were just one towel per person inside the house, there were plenty of towels for the pool. The biggest pro for this house is the pool area which was fantastic and we opted to upgrade for the added heat which was fantastic! Definitely get the heat if you are concerned as it made our stay! The house has no carpet, so be careful as if the floor is wet it is very slippery! We found that there was a playset in the front yard which was an added bonus we were not aware would be there, but our kiddos loved it. Additionally the house had a couple of video games in the garage (separate entrance than the house). Location is ok, there is a grocery store nearby and plenty of restaurants. It is relatively close to the airport and cruise port! The biggest negative with this listing is the extra requirements once you book with them that they want you to then provide additional pictures/identification and contracts outside and above the requirements of the VRBO that was somewhat concerning if this was truly legitimate. Some of the emails came from outside the VRBO website which had us concerned if we were getting into an identity theft issue.

Stayed Apr 3, 2023We enjoyed the stay. Peaceful atmosphere. Clean and modern look house. Comfortable beds and pillows. Provided all you need for vacation such shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste , tooth brushes. Pool towels …. Big and nice pool except the pool is too deep for little kids.
